Both gentlemen that have come to house have done a thorough and great job. They did a good job educating us on what they were doing and paying attention to the types of materials used so we could keep our pets and kiddos safe and sound. They even had the foresight to use a product that was more rain-proof outside when the forecast called for rain the day after they did service. We'll continue to use Metro and recommend them!

Wow! I love this company! If I could rate 10 star on a 5 star rating I would. It was time for me to shop around for a new pest control company as my old one kept raising my rates and changing my service technician. After using Angie's list and contacting only A rated companies, I easily selected Metro Pest. When I called and inquired about their services, co-owner, Michael, was extremely professional, explained all their processes and took my concerns very seriously. His follow up has been exceptional. On the day of my first service treatment, the technician, Mike, was fantastic. He was courteous, polite and extremely professional. As I gave him a tour of my home and explained areas where in the past I had had a bug or ant problem, he made a note to always double check these areas. As he treated, the inside and outside, he was very thorough and checked all plumbing and "weep" holes to make sure I had no further problems. The biggest surprise was when he came down from my attic and told me that while I had no pest problems up there, I did have a problem with my air conditioner and that there was water in the overflow pan. He took me over the my unit outside and showed me the excess run-off. I called the AC company and thankfully my problem got fixed. Mike saved my hundreds of dollars in AC and ceiling repairs that would have occurred without him pointing out the problem. He didn't have to go the extra mile, but he did it and I could tell it was just his normal way. But for me, it made me realize how much extra I was getting from this small business that truly puts their customers and their homes first. I highly recommend that others check them out. You won't be disappointed. I hope that Metro will recognize Mike for his above and beyond customer service. Thank you.

He found many possible entry points and blocked them.

It went great. The initial work patched the roof where the rats were coming in and out of the attic. They put flashing up where needed, and painted it to match the surrounding flashing. Inside the attic, they put traps out in common spots. The plan was to check it after a few days, then after a few weeks. A couple of weeks in at dinner, we heard a trap go off, but found no evidence. I called them to notify them we found a faint odor Saturday morning. It was cold outside, but they wanted to remove the carcass as soon as possible, so they drove out that day. Fantastic staff, owner, business, would definitely recommend to anyone with pest/varmint problems!

Unfortunately, the animal died in an interior wall and could not be reached. I just had to wait out the smell, but I will definitely use them again.

These guys are GREAT. When I initially called, we lived in an area with a lot of construction and unfortunately that meant that rodents had migrated and made their way into my attic. Everyone I spoke to at Metro Pest Control was prompt, friendly and extremely professional. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and was able to get someone out to help the very next day. Our tech was always on time, always friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were 110% happy with the service. He immediately located the entry hole, sealed it, then went through the entire house to find every other potential entry/exit point and sealed those up, too. Really just a fantastic job from start to finish. We have since moved, but were extremely pleased to learn that we are still within their service area so we will now be using them for our regular pest control services for years to come.

The technicians arrived the next day on time and scoped the outside of the house for entry points, and looked in the attic as well. They were very knowledgable. We decided there are two many entry points to close them all up, especially on a pier-and-beam house, so they set up around 8 or 9 traps around the perimeter and some snap traps in the attic. They also pointed out a few entry points that I had not seen. Very pleasant, helpful, good guys.

Cesar was great. I'm glad I called Metro after my last pest guy cancelled at the last minute.

The service was ok. It didn't last for very long and I called someone else.

We contacted Metro because we had a concern with some bugs we had seen inside the house and mosquitoes outside. A day before our scheduled time, we had sudden conflict come up, but Metro was very flexible and came out a day later than originally scheduled. Metro arrived on time and sprayed the interior and exterior of our house, including around the house and our entire yard. They were very careful inside to stay away from anything that could hurt the dog, i.e. dog bowls and toys. We have had some issues with ants, mosquitoes, and spiders. Metro also, on their own, checked the bait boxes we have out from a different pest control company, and they noticed that the bait was either gone or old and moldy. Metro went ahead and fixed the bait boxes, as well. In all of our dealing with Metro they have been friendly, professional and prompt. We will certainly be using them for all of our pest control needs going forward.

A little squirrel made its way inside of our home (not the attic, but INSIDE). It was after hours and we were in a bit of a panic, as we have several small pets and two new puppies. Bob, the owner, came within 10 minutes to assess the situation and put us at ease. Because of the late hour, there wasn't anything he could do at that point; but he gave us sound advice to get us through the night and promised to return in the morning as early as he could. And he kept his promise. The next morning (bright and E-A-R-L-Y!), he and Mike, returned to our home and removed the squirrel without damaging any of our property or hurting the critter. They then walked our home to help us assess possible entry points and suggested some proper fixes. They even took some time out to answer other questions we had about other pest issues we'd been having. They were kind, prompt, and professional. We were and are so grateful to them. We will definitely use them for future services and recommending them to all of our friends.

They told me that it was $150 to set traps in the attic. There was also a $50 fee for them to come out and rebait and check the traps. I can't afford $50 a week to have them come back out and check the traps so I stopped after the first week. Now I have somebody else checking up in the attic for me.

They are terrific and everyone I have referred them to agrees.

The service person was able to get the squirrel back up the chimney and out to freedom! He was extremely polite and obviously very helpful.

They showed up on time and did a fairly good job. We had people over that night and no one complained about bites. That said, it is now a week after the spraying and the Mosquitos are back. I was told the spray would last for 30 days. I was chewed up pretty good yesterday working in the backyard. The part of their service I am most displeased with is the proprietor of Metro Pest Control. When they took down our credit card info they must have transposed a number and I was all but accused of intentionally providing an invalid card number. The discussion got somewhat heated over the phone, which I would not expect from an Angie's list award winning company. Furthermore, I tried to apply a 20% Angie's list coupon for the mosquito spraying and the proprietor would not accept it. He said the coupon was not for mosquito spraying, even though the first two words on the printed coupon are "MOSQUITO SPRAYING". Very unprofessional, and what you see with this company is not necessarily what you get. I would pass on Metro Pest Control and look for someone else.

I contacted metro about possible carpenter ants on a Thursday. I said that I would not be available Friday, and Bob said someone would call and come by the next week when they were in the area to evaluate the problem and that I wouldn't be charged a trip charge. The next day just as I was about to leave for work, I received a call from a tech sayiing he was running early and could he come for my appointment right then. When I explained that I had not set up an appointment for that day, he called the office. Bob called and was extremely rude. He insisted I had set an appointment, changed his mind about a trip charge, and refused to quote me a price over the phone. I was floored and appalled by the lack of professionalism and poor service. I can understand making a mistake with scheduling or misrembering a conversation, but the way I ws talked to over the phone was uncalled for and unacceptable. I told him not to send someone and that I no longer wanted to do business with his company. He yelled at me to never call his company again. He doesn't have to worry about that, I won't be calling them again.

I found them on Angie's List I think they did a really good job. They came out and set the traps and covered any holes that they found to prevent further rodents coming in my home.They were prompt and professional I didn't have any surprises. I would say they were excellent and I will use them again in the future if I needed to.
