He came over promptly. He went over my inside system and my AC unit outside. He was quick and quiet. When done he gave me a review of my system. He told me what a new unit would cost to upgrade as well as what pieces should be replaced eventually; however he did not really pressure me to do anything right away.

I found Metro Air, as a "Big Deal"- an A/C check for $49, which was a good deal, especially since I hadn't had anyone look at it, in quite some time. They called an hour before the scheduled appointment, as it was a rainy morning, and they can't take accurate readings if it is raining. We agreed to proceed, and Terry(the owner) told me they would be out in an hour. In exactly one hour, Terry arrived, with his guy Chris, and they were able to not only get the check in, but bring the unit up to snuff. It was low on freon, and they found a bad capacitor. They were very professional, and knowledgeable, and concerned about keeping my place clean. They put on shoe-coverings, while they were inside. I would not only use them again, I would happily recommend them to anyone.

The work turned out good. They came out the same day.

The initial call was made on a Saturday morning and was answered promptly. The scheduler gave me a time window when someone was available and could be at my home. The technician arrived well within the time window. and promptly went to work to diagnose problems, checking several different parts as well as the thermostat. Once it was determined that an electric igniter was no longer functioning, the technician explained the problem and offered two choices for repair. He determined that he had a replacement igniter on his truck. It was installed and verified that furnace was working properly. Throughout the visit, he was very courteous and made certain that I understood his actions. I am very pleased with the service and the tech.

Called before arriving to make sure I was available. Arrived promptly. Completed a check on both furnaces for the annual maintenance. Very Professional and pleasant.

We’ve had nothing but problems. I decided that it’s a racket, they fix it that way so that they have to come back twice a year to charge us $700. They're pretty responsive. The only reason we use them is because they're the ones who installed the unit.

They called said they were on the way. They did checks, installed carbon monoxide detector. They were awesome!

The air would not turn on. I called Metro because I have used them before. They scheduled the following day to arrive between 8 & 12 PM. I called when no one arrived. Apparently the dispatcher went to lunch and no one was aware no tech had arrived as promised. They did send someone else at the time I requested that same afternoon, since I had another commitment based on the promised service time. The outside breaker was bad and was replaced. The tech checked out the compressor and it was working when he left. The next day the same thing happened, it would not turn on. I called and they sent someone out. It turned out to be a wire that came loose on the blower unit upstairs. Once that was fixed, I have had no more problems with it. I can't blame them since once it was repaired and working, but because they returned the next day I had to pay another service charge for a wire.

They were O.K. When the technician was doing the inspection, he found a defective part. There was some miscommunication between us and the company. They kept a piece of the A/C unit and did not tell us why they kept the part initially. They never followed up with us as to why they took the part. I called them and they said they were deciding whether we going to replace the unit or not. We decided to get another unit from different company. The communication was the main issue.

They are great company to work with. I like that they have a really great response time. When you call, they will do their best to accommodate to your schedule. The pricing for the service is good and they stand behind their work. If you are not satisfied with their work, they will come out and do it the way you want it. They did everything with the installation including the selling of the units. Everything went smoothly. What is really important to me is cleanliness, and they make sure the area is cleaned up when they are done.

We have been very happy with them when we used them. Their pricing is very reasonable and are on time and friendly. We have not had any issues with their work and they also stand behind it too. Getting them to come out has been very easy. One time, it was really hot and the A/C broke. Metro came out within an hour and fixed issue. I also do like that they are very clean too. Overall, we are very pleased with their service.

I have used them for years. I have no real complaints about their work. I would recommend their services. Larry is very easy to communicate with. If I have any issues with my unit, I can get ahold of him easily to come out. I had them install Trane unit for me. Everything with the installation went very well. What I really like about this group is that when I do call, they are very timely about getting the service done. I wish I could get the yearly checkup without having to reach out to them.

It was good. That was 3 or 4 years ago. They were nice and did it. I thought they were on time like everybody else did. It was $10000 for inside and outside unit. They were great.

He was right on time - the office called to confirm the day in advance and the day of the service visit. He was neat, polite, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and why. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something that I didn't need or fix something that wasn't really broken. My A/C has worked with no problems since he's been here and my power bills have gone down. I will recommend Metro to any friends or neighbors that need A/C service

It is an owner operated company. He gives prompt service and the price seems to be fair. We have been using his services for many years.

He was at a funeral and he didn?t know how long he?d be but he came when he was finished. It was close to 5:00 but most people wouldn?t even answer the phone in that situation. It took him about 15 minutes to find the problem but he did and he took care of it. He is very open, honest, and polite.

Corey and his assistant arrived in a reasonable amount of time, assessed the problem, and fixed it very efficiently. Installed a new thermostat. I plan to use them again. They are great guys! I appreciated that the price was reasonable and the work was done efficiently and they knew exactly how to diagnose and fix the problem. Oh yeah, and I believe my initial contact with them was through email. I REALLY appreciate the ability to email providers and get a response--much less time consuming than making calls.

They have always done a good job for us. It's a one man operation and he has done a decent job for us in the past. We have used him for ten or twelve years and would continue to use him in future.

I was even able to get a hold of him at night at home. He made it his first stop in the morning and fixed it in an hour. Very reasonable cost for an emergency call at an hour they don't usually work.

THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND THEY WERE EXPERIENCED.
