Description of Work: The technician looked inside the closet where the air and heating unit was.he jerked the thermostat cover off and it hasn't worked right since. he looked at the outside air unit and said I needed to do $600 of repairs. Before he came to my house I had no issues with my heating or my air. I simply wanted my units checked out to make sure everything was good. He did not even know why he was at my house when he came in. I had to tell him then he said he didn't have the paper work to do the job. I was not happy with him at all.
