My mother was on hospice dying of cancer and they sent a person in 30 minutes. They had the part and had the air on in less than two hours. Wonderful!! And great price, plus senior discount.

I paid $255 to replace a $20 run capacitor. I had no choice since I needed it like that day due to a guest checking in. If I had ordered the part and replaced it myself, I would have had to wait a week for the part to arrive. I simply could not wait. I feel gouged but that's the cost of emergency service I guess.

I used Metro to get a second opinion. My regular AC service company priced repairs at $5000.00 this did not sound right to me. Metro repaired my unit for $275.00. I will be switching to Metro the first chance I have.

We just had the service call. The technician was very honest about what our situation was and didn't recommend a quick fix and quoted us the price of the work. Although we didn't hire them to do the new install I appreciate them not understating the condition of our unit and suggesting a quick fix.
