The job tuned out not to be service or repair. Both heat and air system had to be replaced. They did a excellent job. They had to return for a new problem the next day and took care of that also.

All I had was a service call and was informed I would have to have a new furnace. Not happy because on social security I could never buy a $3,000 furnace. But thanks for the advice, I believe you're right. The furnace is close to 30 years old.

First contractor was going to make me wait until Monday to fix. I phoned on Friday. I looked online and man texted me early Saturday am and by 2 P m I had heat back. Everyone was nice and was very satisfied with turn around time and technician that performed the service.

The technician that came out was very young and didn't seem to understand the problem I was having because my heat was working. Once I showed him the previous work invoices from 2013, he went back to recheck the system and found the problem. It was easily fixed and only charged me the service visit fee.
