Excellent company to work with, responded on Sunday night, tried hard to resolve the problem on phone first, they were very knowledgeable.

The 2 service men were on time and replaced the AC parts as needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great AC company.

The people were very nice. The drain was stopped up. I had to turn the unit off and it was very hot. I was able to turn it back on and get the house cool again.

I was very impressed. Everything went wonderful. His assessment of the project was spot on. He was very knowledgeable, had all the tools with him and did an outstanding job! I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Our problem was not solved in one "sitting" but my repairman continued to work to get the problem resolved. Very courteous and attentive.

Metro AC called me right away to set up service. The tech who came out was great. He found the problem and fixed it that day.

First, the gentleman I spoke with to book my appointment was extremely polite, professional, and accommodating. Then I called about 20 minutes after the appointment time lapsed, wondering if I had the time mixed up. I spoke with a funny, sweet rep who said she was just about to call me to let me know they were running a bit behind. The technician who refilled my unit with freon was just as pleasant, Chaz. Thank you for your great service!

Corey was the rep who can for our repair. He was truly wonderful. He called to say he was on the way and he actually crawled under the unit inside to be sure everything was operational. He addressed the problem quickly, replaced the capacitor and explained to me exactly what he had done. He suggested we power wash the unit outside and replace filters twice a month during the summer time to make the unit more efficient. He was complimentary of the unit and made several positive suggestions. Price was reasonable especially considering he was there within 4 hours of my call and other companies had indicated it would be another day for service.

Honest upfront and provided quality service

Played phone tags. Hard to get a hold of them and didn't return calls. Voicemail is always full. However, they did a decent job fixing the ac unit though.

A/C needed freon and they came out on time (quickly), finished quickly, and was honest and open in offering and discussing why trying to find a slow leak may not be a worthwhile effort.

Chad did an excellent job at explaining and demonstrating what was and cause my problem. He provided preventive maintenance suggestions on how I can avoid this problem in the future.
