He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and fix it promptly. Would definitely recommend and use in future if needed.

Chaz did a great job. He was on time and very professional. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it in a short period of time. He could have told me the problem was more serious than it was and overcharged me, but he was very honest and let me know what the true problem was and charged me a fair price. Metro Heating & A/C has earned a long-term customer. I will use them again and will refer them to others.

Jonathan was very professional and helpful. The problem had already been diagnosed by another A/C company that was trying to charge me an enormous amount. Jonathan did not do that. He worked quickly and efficiently and I was up and running in less than one hour. I definitely give him a 5 for service and would ask for him again if I needed A/C service. I only rated it 3.5 for the value because I was charged $120 for a capacitor which is $20-$30 wholesale. That was Metro's price, not Jonathan's.

Larry and David were extremely professional and courteous. They diagnosed my problem quickly and had all the parts with them to fix it. They were fair with their thoughts and not pushy. I would highly recommend their company and will use them again myself in the future.

Metro Air called me really quick. came out tonight for only $25 up charge for an after hours call, which i thought was very fair. They fixed the problem and I don't have to miss work waiting for a repairman. I also don't have to spend the night without AC
