Metro A/C Heating & Services

I am a retired person living on social security and my 20 year old AC system died. Metro came to my aid with a used system which is all I could afford. The first one had problems and they replaced it with another the next day and the head guy came and made sure it was working correctly. Even with the problems they took care of me. I couldn't ask for more. I would recommend them to anyone. THey sure went the extra mile for me.

They came and did a spring tune up. We have a leaking evaporator coil, so they quoted on replacing it. They quoted $1K higher than other companies have to replace it.

The entire experience was handled with professionalism. From the initial call to the contact with the service technicians. The price was fair and reasonable. I will definitely be using Metro A/C Heating & Services again.

This young man is honest, patient, professional, straight to the point about your issue NO filler, took the time to expain every thing I ask. Very personable and knowledge. In the short time he was in our home he was respectful and quick. Metro will get our repeat business.

Though it was around 9pm when I sent the request from Home Advisor.com, Metro A/C sent me an email immediately and said they would be happy to assist. I called Andrecia, their Customer Service Rep the next morning and she was very accommodating and a total Sweetheart. Chaz, the Technician was the epitome of professionalism, able to articulate to me in a language for me to understand, and repaired the problem immediately. He additionally checked the rest of the system. My only complaint was the cost. The broken part showed online that it would have been no more than $65 at the most.. Their service call charge, repair, and installation was 4 times that rate. I still highly recommend the company. Thank you Home Advisor for the recommendation.

Woman from Metro AC called me. I told her that I needed R-22 Freon for my AC system. I asked her what was the cost, she told me that the service visit was $50 and R-22 Freon was $30 a pound. So, I said OK, come over at the earliest. Chris showed up a couple days later and tells me that Freon was $60 a pound, but I told him that the woman at the office told me [on the phone] that it was $30 a pound. He tells me that she was mistaken. I told him that there's no way that I was going to pay $60 a pound when I was told it was $30. He told me that he couldn't do $30 a pound, but would do it at $40, so I said OK. Other than the above communication issue the service he provided was as good and speedy; he did not try to sell my anything above and beyond what I had requested. He also provided some very helpful tips on what kind of Freon pressure readings to maintain for my AC system. I would recommend Metro AC for their fast and courteous service.
