DO NOT USE!!!!! My experince with metro a/c started and ended on a bad note. 1. On Service majic it says that vists and estimates are free. not true. It cost 39 dollars for a vist. 2. I set a time for a repair man to come to the house at 9:00 am. I had to work so my 2 young kids and wife where are home waiting. At 9:30 my wife call me and tells me they are not here yet, so i call and ask what is going on. I am told the driver will be there in 45 min. So my wife and kids wait in the house for another hour and calls me again. I again call and again am told 45 min. this cycle happens every hour until 4pm.
