My water heater sprung a leak during the night. I got up to water all over the place. Mesquite Plumbing sent out someone to get the water shut off very quickly after I called them which took care of the immediate problem. Then a little later the repair crew came. They were very professional and had the old water removed and replaced by noon.

Very good and efficient. He was very careful. Highly recommend them to anyone.

They were very accommodating. I called them and they put me in the books for the next day.

Getting a definitive time table on when they would arrive was the most difficult part. Had to call back a couple of times. But once they were here they were professional, provided helpful tips, and fast. Job was done well and I am happy with the result. Cost was about right I thought.

My mom and I had been trying for a couple of days the clear the clog without success. The plumber arrived and quickly (in about 30 minutes) cleared the problem and cleaned the area. We really appreciated the extra effort. And have the new mantra "We don't do plumbing" It's very nice to have a professional to help.

plumbers were very prompt with their arrival. they worked all day to fix the leak under our foundation. they were very pleasant and got this leak fixed after we had 2 other plumbing company come out and tell us it would cost us $8600.00 to reroute the problem. we are very happy with the cost and we will use this company again.

We have used Mesquite Plumbing on several occasions to address different plumbing issues, some larger some smaller, at our home. I am always impressed with the prompt and professional attitude of the staff, both on the phone as well as the workers who show up at my house. In this particular case, we had found some issues from an inspection report that needed to be reviewed and required someone going into our crawl space to evaluate the situation. The team arrived on time, were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, quickly the diagnosed the situation and gave me a fair quote to complete the repair. They gave me a head's up prior to going into the crawl space that if there was an excess of water, this would require more time and expense to get rid of the water prior to servicing - and this ended up not being necessary at all - but I greatly appreciated the head's up instead of just moving forward and then billing me. They put foot booties on to come in the house to discuss the results with me and go through invoice, which I appreciated, to prevent any mud from the crawl space being tracked into the house. We will continue to use this company at this home and future homes, as well as recommend them to our friends and family.

They were very expensive the second time I called them so I did not use them again. The two guys who showed up were very nice. They did the job and helped me a lot. They were pretty good.

Performed serivce on two properties: one in Dallas, and one in Garland - Texas.

Company responded quickly with lowest quote for replacement of water main line from street to home. Even though price was low, their service and professionalism where not. All employees very courteous, prompt and extremely helpful throughout the project. I would highly recommend them for any project large or small.

Company did a visual inspection about a month before in October '14 to determine the cause of the blockage in the sewer line. Company then submitted an estimate to fix the problem. Estimate outlined everything that the company would do and that the work would be guaranteed. Set up the time for the work to be started and completed(1 wk.) The two workers (Cody and Dennis) arrived on time each day and worked throughout the day with only lunch breaks. At the end of each day they explained what was still needed to be completed. They took time to insure that the furniture was protected from the dust while digging through the slab foundation of the house. Work was delayed being completed by one day due to waiting on the City of Mesquite to come by and issue the permits (city said that everything looked great). I have always called on Mesquite Plumbing for all of my plumbing problems. Cody and Dennis did an excellent job and would certainly recommend them to anyone. Will continue to use them should the need arise.

I spent $100 on that work. Their service is quick. They do everything in a timely fashion. Their clean is very good.

2 men (Stuart & Shawn) arrived promptly at the time they said they would. They were efficient and knowledgeable and very professional. They took care to make sure they were not tracking a lot of mud into my house on a rainy day and even had to leave briefly to get a replacement diverter for me. This is the second time I have used this same company and continue to appreciate their great service.

It was real fast and easy. I've used them several times in the past.

From the moment we called on Sunday everything proceeded like clockwork. Every person involved communicated their time line and stuck strictly to it. The work and materials were explained and debated and I finally made the decision on what I wanted and they installed that exact product. There were no surprises.

MESQUITE PLUMBING WAS ON TIME AND COMPLETED NECESSARY WORK. THEY HAD TO LEAVE TWICE TO PURCHASE PARTS WHICH I BELIEVE CAUSED THE PRICE OF THE SERVICE TO BE MORE THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN, SINCE ONE OF THE PARTS WAS A WASHER.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY. HE EXPLAINED ALL THE WORK HE DID. HE CLEANED UP AND DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS FOR ME. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR.
