Even though we were working with a small budget, they were very proactive about working up comps, sending us listings, and getting us out to plenty of properties. They really went to bat for us during negotiations with a complicated seller. Kristen is also very knowledgeable about a lot of the area schools, which was something we needed tons of help navigating. I recommended them to a friend, and she was over the moon with their level of service when they sold her home for her.
