Description of Work: I could not get on the internet at all and my computer was very slow. Brent ran diagnostics and informed me that I had multiple viruses. He actually had to save my data, wipe my system clean, install a new system and transfer my data.

+ 0 moreMy computer works better now than when it was new. The repair man spent a lot of time teaching me what to do to keep my computer "clean" and explaining what he was doing in terms I could understand since I am not a technical person. I didn't know how "spyware" can actually damage the computer. I would definately recommend
Description of Work: For weeks my computer was running slow and would just shut down in the middle of doing something.Then one day it just wouldn't come on. The technican repaired computer I thought was beyond repair.
