+ -1 moreThis is a follow-up work. The company cheapens its image by consorting among themselves for a bonus on who could sell the most to a gullible previous clients. I had been on that privileged receiving end at one point. The so called "concerned" sales representative would try to sell me a new staining job. Problem is, the free offer came with a $400 labor cost. Now think for a second, isn't that what most of the competitive price for a staining parts & labor cost? Just don't insult me!
Description of Work: Build board-on-board 8ft cedar fence.

+ -1 moreWhat a nightmare. They showed up a day late to take down my fence, then forgot to put up a temporary mesh fence so I couldn't let my dogs out. They were a day late showing up to install the fence, and Paul kept saying they were on their way. The first day they put up the piers then again left without a temporary mesh to keep in the dogs. The fence itself looks great although the gates had to be re-done for shoddy workmanship. Paul refused to compensate me for the time it took (5 days instead of the promised 2) and tried to refuse my credit card and insist on cash payment. Not worth the hassle.

+ -1 moreInitially, they installed the fence years ago. This time though, they were staining the fence while it was raining. As a result, the stain had ran and gotten over my yard, my hose, and my brick foundation for the fence.
Description of Work: I hired them to come and stain my fence.

+ 0 moreI wasn't certain what I wanted done specifically. Paul had many good ideas. He offered many suggestions that I had not thought about. He was in contact with me every day. He kept me informed of the progress. He takes get pride in his company and his work and he will not let you down.
Description of Work: My yard had a severe slope which made it very useless. Masterpiece removed and hauled away my old fence. Replaced it with 8 foot cedar board on board fence with retaining wall to level my yard. They installed a cedar deck, widened my driveway, installed a remoted controlled sliding gate, two walk in gates, a cedar arbor over my patio. They installed gate, patio, and deck lighting, fill dirt, new sprinkler system, landscaping trees and grass, myst system on deck and patio. The fence has a 10-year warranty. My yard is now beautiful, useful, and enjoyable. Paul is very proud of his work. He will only allow the finest quality of workmanship.
