 + 0 moreThis man is a fraud. He collected 2 deposits from me totaling $3700 but did no work. He was supposed to split water meters from the city of Garland for a fourplex i own, but did absolutely nothing and never called me back. Be warned do not use this guy. I will be filling charges against him shortly. Note - he also works with a partner( might be his wife) called Juanita Holgins who he has the checks written to. They are both crooks.
Description of Work: He did not do anything. The work was for splitting a main water meter (from the city of garland) to multiple water meters for a rental property i own.
