MAIDS

Arrived on time. Lead maid spoke English well, but left in the middle of the cleaning claiming she would be replaced. I saw no replacement and none looked me up to announce or introduce herself. Workers talked a lot and seemed to look for something to do. There were three workers and leader who also worked, sort of. One girl was vacuuming. She drug the light weight vacuum around behind her hitting the baseboard and knocking the new paint off them whereever she went. A piece of wood panneling was also knocked off after being newly refinished. When I say newly I mean in the last two weeks. Our refrigerator now has scratches on one side. How that happend I don't know but they weren't there before. The back sides of the natural wood blinds were not cleaned and we had to dust them ourselves today. We put our house on the market last night. The Maids knew we were selling our house but I doubt if the workers did. Did a good job on the bathrooms and especially the showers. The tile floors were so so. They've been shinier before when they were cleaned and for a lot less money. We are very disappointed in both The Maids and Angie's List for giving them a medalion. We will not recommend The Maids or use them ever again.

They were good. They brought out a 4 person crew. It was a lot of people but that way they finished quicker. I liked that. They were real flexible and they took my directions on what I wanted cleaned and what I didn't.
