Maid Magic

Maid Magic are punctual, very communicative and extremely convenient due to the website portal and payments (it can simply be a recurring bank debit). I have always been answered promptly, the company's HR text me if there are any updates to my service and I get the same excellent cleaner every time (on request). She understands my home, what it requires and there are often little touches that make us smile. The cleaning is of an excellent service, we have bespoke furniture which requires an understanding clean and have never been unhappy. We have had some less than perfect experiences with other companies and Maid Magic have proven fantastic every time. We have them clean every two weeks and have been using them for the last year or so. Highly recommended.

I needed a Deep Clean for my home as I had guests coming in town for the holidays. I called Maid Magic and they were able to fit me in on a tight schedule and were pleasant to deal with. The cleaning was superb and better than I could ever do. Wouldn't hesitate to give them another ring the next time I need a good thorough cleaning.

Beyond Disappointing. High ratings and high price set high expectations. Main issues: 1) not a thorough cleaning; 2) not upfront on time spent cleaning; 3) dropped something that damaged several wood stairs. Regarding #1: with the rave reviews and price, I expect a thorough clean. The first cleaning it was immediately obvious they had not wiped down the front of the cabinets which were covered with grease splatter from a meal I made earlier that week. The second cleaning, they did not wipe down the front and handles of the fridge and dishwasher. On the third -- and what will be the last cleaning -- I can't even get to what may not have been cleaned as that is the least of my concerns. Regarding #2: I specifically asked when I requested the biweekly service how many people will come and for how long for my regular cleanings. I was told 2 people for 2.5 hours. So, that's what I expected. On the first cleaning, it was 2 people for 1 hour 45 minutes. I asked why and if my price would be adjusted since it obviously does not take 2.5 hours to clean my 2300 sq ft 4 story townhouse. Hahn then clarified that it as UP TO 2.5 hours as a flat rate. I asked the question upfront for a reason, so that would have been an important detail then. The second cleaning was even shorter time, which is why I asked as I find that companies take time on the initial couple of cleanings and then slide into as quick as possible, sometimes barely more than an hour for a house my size, which is absurd. Regarding #3: On the third and now last cleaning, I came home from work and saw as I walked up the stairs from the second to third floor that a one-inch or slightly bigger gouge was taken out of the lip of one of the stairs. I immediately took a couple of pictures and emailed them to Hanh. As soon as I sent the email from my phone, I started to continue up my stairs only to realize I should have looked further. Two and four steps up were more gouges and scrapes. Obviously something was dropped down the stairs. No note was left. And I was not contacted that something had happened to damage my stairs. This is in addition to other things like not paying attention to my explicit instructions to keep all of the doors in the master open as I have cats who hide and I don't want them locked in and other things. This is so utterly unacceptable that I can't believe the reviews they have. I understand accidents happen. And maybe I'm the only unfortunate client that has not had 5 star experience. But if you are on the fence about paying a higher price because you want a higher quality of housecleaning service, Maid Magic is DEFINITELY not it.

I threw a large Superbowl party for my friends since it was being hosted in Dallas and things got a little out of hand. Maid Magic was able to accommodate me on short notice and really helped me out. Next time one of my other friends will be doing the hosting!!

Maid Magic are real professionals yall! I've ordered house cleaning service here on Angie's before and had a terrible experience. No communication and had to reschedule THREE times the day of the scheduled cleanings because they didn't have any cleaners. Needless to say I was cautiously optimistic with Maid Magic, but they blew my expectations out of the water. I never really knew I loved my baseboards squeaky clean, but that's what I got with the deep clean and now I dont think I can ever go back. Definitely going to sign up with a recurring service to take advantage of the discounted rates!!

I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was to book with Maid Magic. The maids came while I was studying, but did not bother me one bit. They cleaned my whole house and when they were finished we ran through the house to make sure it was everything I asked for.

I want to thank Maid Magic for making my house clean and spotless again. I have 4 kids and 2 dogs that makes it impossible to make time to clean around the house. They came and cleaned everything in sight. I was ecstatic to come home to a fresh clean home.

Exceptionally professional! They were very easy to deal with. Made sure the cleaning fit my time schedule. The maids worked to get the house nice and clean just in time before my parents came into town. I even received a follow up call with the owner to make sure I was satisfied and happy.

I highly recommend Maid Magic! My last cleaner decided to go back to school (good for her) and I struggled with four different companies to find a reliable cleaner. I luckily found Maid Magic and my experience could not be better. I ordered the deep clean service since it was recommended if your house hadn't been cleaned in a while and my cleaners were amazing! They cleaned the place from top to bottom. Really recommend this service if you want your home looking brand new. I'm also a huge fan of supporting local business and this is as local as you can get.
