My house project has been a dream-come-true. A small three bedroom house, built in the early 70?s, desperately needed an update. I clicked with Patti Allen during our first consultation interview, completely sidestepping the usual 3 or 4 bids at the on-set of a house redo. Our meeting determined my love for a cottage style that evolved into a Country French décor - positively beautiful, inviting, comfortable - rich with texture and charm. You want to snuggle into its warm, inviting hospitality. In my case, Patti became the Project Manager/Contractor. I found the arrangement ideal. She had the vision for the end results then set the goals accordingly, all the while, adding that feminine touch that met my need for perfection. I cannot say enough about the communication channels between us. Good or bad, I knew what was going on every step of the way. I was always apart of the planning, creativity and fun. Not a single detail was over-looked. My house sincerely reflects the real me. I?ve gained a friend in this amazing life event. She read me like a book - understanding my needs, wants, interests, ideas, and reactions. I would do it all over again, knowing full well the results would be nothing short of spectacular.
