I would love to shout her praises from my rooftop, but can't because she sold my house even before we officially put it on the market! She was just amazing...truly. My husband and I had been in our house for 22 years, so we really didn't know the first thing about selling. Lydia walked us through the entire process. She was thoroughly professional, gave great advice, but also was so sensitive to our needs. And did I mention that she got us full asking price for our house? Lydia was referred to my by a good friend who had used her to both buy and sell homes and said I shouldn't even think about using anyone else. And she was right!

She sold my house in Louisville and helped me purchase a house in Dallas. She was awesome. She is the standard by which I judge. I last used her service July of 2011 and she sold my second house when I moved from Dallas. She had a marketing plan that was well thought out and well organized. It was like she had a list of things on a check list and she did kind of do them, it was thoughtful. To me it’s so much more that you get with any other Realtor and she was so much more than other any Realtor that I've work with. She brought the right experts to advice on certain issues that we had questions about. I recommend her to everybody that I've talked to that needs to do work in Dallas.

She was late for the appointment. She has a strong Internet presence and a good marketing plan. We interviewed 3 realtors and she suggested the lowest list price of all three. We went with another realtor and sold our house for 15% more than Lydia wanted to list it for.

I think she did a fantastic job on the house that we bought. She helped us with the whole process. The whole process was a bit quirky and she was very proactive, and she made it work for us. She did a fantastic job with the two houses that we sold. She helped us stage and market them, and eventually got things sold. I consider it as a really fantastic time. We were on the market for a week and a half on the first one, and two weeks on the second one. So there was no time at all. Just having bought another house outside the market and not used her, reminds me of how good she was. She’s an expert and she’s a professional. She’s very responsive. She aggressively pursues your best interest. We will use her services again in the future.
