LUMBERJACK TREE SERVICE

Lumberjack did a very nice job. It is our go-to tree service. Due to the urging of a friend, I recently used another service but it just wasn't up to the Lumberjack standard. One very nice thing about Lumberjack, they deliver what they promise. They are on-time and do exactly what was agreed upon. We have a lot of trees in our smallish yard and it's very important to us that they remain healthy and attractive, so we pay attention to our tree service.

It was done before I got home the next day. No problems.

They were quick and efficient.

They did an excellent job that helped remove clutter from the tree and provide more light for the lawn.

Showed up at time given and was very responsive and polite. As a tree hugger, it is important to me that my trees are not over-trimmed, and he was very considerate about doing only what I asked. He did excellent work very efficiently. Would recommend and use again.

Our bulk trash pickup was Wednesday, August 19th. I really waited until the last minute to contact them. They came by and gave me a verbal quote (by telephone) and an emailed quote to my email. There were 2 men at my house at 8am on Tuesday to do the work. They piled up the branches by the street for bulk trash pickup. They were prompt and did exactly what they quoted for. I've used Lumberjack at least 2 other times in the past and have always been dependable!

Nathan Henderson, the estimator, was punctual and pleasant to work with. He wrote up the estimate in detail, identifying the work to be done. The crew was also punctual, got right to work, and finished in good time. One of them asked me to look over the finished job to be sure I was satisfied before they left. They quietly cleaned up the area and left.

Nathan is always quick to respond to my request for a service estimate, usually coming out the same or next day. The prices are reasonable and the jobs are arranged around my travel schedule. The crew is always prompt and get the work done quickly and efficiently. Lumberjack Tree Service is very reliable and is my "go to" for any such needs.

From start to finish, Lumberjack Tree Service did a great job. The service was scheduled for a day / time that worked best for our schedule. The pruning was done exactly as requested - the tree needed to be thinned out, the canopy raised and suckers removed. The debris was then stacked by the side of the house for pick up by the city. The tree looks great and lets in lots more sunlight! Excellent service - thank you!

very well. stumps were ground without supervision one day by one crew. the limbs were cut the following day by a crew of 3 guys who did a very professional job. i was very impressed.

Lumberjack did an *excellent* job. Communication was great from start to finish, the estimate was precise about the work to be done, and the price was cheaper than expected. The work crew arrived right on time, worked diligently and quickly, and overall did an outstanding job of making my trees look good again. Too bad they don't trim shrubbery as well!

Excellent work. I always appreciate Lumberjack and wouldn't use anyone else. I get nervous any time we have to have our trees worked on because they've been butchered in prior years by people who really didn't understand the job, but Lumberjack never lets us down. Always professional and trees look great! Not cheap but we care about our trees and are happy to pay the price.

The job went very well. We had a huge unhealthy tree in our front yard that was leaning towards the house. This tree was massive and they managed to remove it safely without damaging anything! The tree trimming went great and we plan to bring them on next season.

Removal went smoothly and safely, the tree was taken down quite quickly. They mulched it and left the mulch in a neat pile.

It was amazing, the enormous tree was 168" circumference and 60" diameter. The friendly crew expertly worked together as an efficient team and the whole job done in a few hours. We elected to leave the debris for the city. I had my doubts the city would take so much but the way the men dragged and stacked it, the city had no problem or complaint. They also helped set aside and some pieces for my future firewood use. Lumberjack stump grinding came later as scheduled. Office staff very personable providing accurate paperwork and receipt correspondence. I hated to take down the tree but Lumberjack were the best ones to do it.

Nathan came to my house to provide tree removal and root barrier estimates. I was not sure whether to do a root barrier or remove the tree as I was starting to have foundation issue and a structural engineer that I hired stated that the tree is causing issue. Nathan stated that a root barrier is not a good idea and it will cost min. of $2,500. compared to around $800. for tree removal. Most tree service companies I've called do not do root barriers as they stated it is a very invasive procedure on the tree and it may kill the tree anyway + it's so expensive. Anyway, we decided not to remove the tree. Even with the 10% Angie's List discount, the estimates they provided are the most expensive compared to the other 4 companies that provided me tree removal estimate.

Estimator was very helpful and explained how they would do the work. Work was done expertly and timely.

The estimator dropped by when he said he would. He made suggestions for the Mulberry and understood the work I wanted done. I was not present, but able to talk him through what was needed. He even fully understood my concern for where the Pine tree was with relation to the neighbors house. The estimate was in my email box that day. I approved the estimate and sent it back. They called to arrange the date for service within a couple of days. I did not have to call them, they called me. The office called to confirm the date for the work the day before they were to come out. The crew arrived within the time frame they said they would. They went right to work and cut down the Pine tree, and then worked on the Mulberry. They cleaned up after the work was completed and had the waste stacked on the curb ready for the City to pick up. Another crew came out later the same day to grind the stumps. They covered the holes and made a mound with the grindings. (This is good as the grindings will settle and fill in the holes). They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I was not present for the stump grinding, however the office called to verify the two spots that needed to be ground before they began their work. I am very pleased with the work performed, and the communication. They even emailed the invoice to me so I could call and pay them over the phone. Really easy to work with and very professional. The price was reasonable and worth every penny as there was no drama or mistakes. My highest recommendation goes out to Lumberjack Tree Service. When I need any more tree work done (like trimming next year) I will be calling them.

They did a very good job and they cleaned it very well. Actually, there was an Arborist out here last week and they did a super job on the trees. We had that done just before fall. I believe it was to get all the dead wood out of there. They were friendly and very nice. They crawled up on the top of the trees. They were good and reliable. They took care of the job. Their recommendations on the things that needed to be done were great.

They never did get the business. They came out and gave me a bid but I used somebody else. I never used them because he is a friend of a friend.

It was fine. They did a really good job. I would recommend them. I do plan to use them again in the future.
