LUMBERJACK TREE SERVICE

Description of Work: I called at 10:00 AM to obtain an estimate. I preferred to be at home when someone came out for the estimate and asked about an available time slot. I did not expect someone to be out that day, but was told that a representative would be out by 4 PM. No one showed. I never received a phone call notifying me that no one would come out nor did I receive a phone call the next day asking about rescheduling. I had no expectation that a company would come out for an estimate on the same day I contacted them. But, if a company tells you they will show up, then they should do so, or at the minimum, call to make other arrangements. I even told the scheduler that I got the company's information from Angie's List, but I guess that didn't help with customer service standards.
