They didn't clean my windows.

Had appt for service of window cleaning between noon and 5, no show by 5 so I called. The gentleman said that he was finishing up at another job and was going to head over. I opted to cancel due to the late hour and fading daylight. No too happy as I took the afternoon off to get the work done. Did it myself.

They said the price included window tracks and screens, but then said the service didn't include that. They did a good job on the windows, but didn't provide full service advertised. I had a terrible time getting hold of them to set up an appointment. They didn't respond to messages in Angie's List. I bought the coupon in September, but we didn't get scheduled until November, and they failed to show up on the scheduled day after I had rearranged my own schedule to be there. Then, when we rescheduled, they came on the wrong day when I was at work. I am guessing on the day of service since it wasn't scheduled. Luckily, my husband was at home and they provided the service. Very unprofessional experience. He did do a good job on the windows themselves, but this is not a professionally run business. Unless you have a very lax and forgiving schedule, I do not recommend them.

Excellent job from start to finish. I had read some of the negative reviews but decided to take a chance as we really needed our windows cleaned asap. I am happy to say that we experienced nothing negative at all. From the first phone call, they were super responsive and worked with me to find a time to come out. It did take a week or so because they are so busy, but when they did come, they were on time and went straight to work and worked diligently (and super quiet - you'd hardly even know they were here!) until it was finished. I have a lot of windows (46 of them) and some quite large (I had to pay a little extra as my deal only covered 40 windows but the extra was very reasonable ($7 window) and well worth it. I have never seen such clean shiny sparkling windows in all my life - truly amazing! And they were finished extremely quickly appx 2 hours I believe. My only comment is an fyi that the screens are just brushed and not washed so if you want them washed, you need to set that up separately. I highly recommend Lucky Jaycee to do your windows. I will hire them again the next time I need it done!

The window cleaner arrived on time. Took his equipmrnt out of the truck and knocked on the door. He said that his boss wants $20 extra dollars for gas. When I explained it was not in the contract, he said to call his boss. I did and the gentleman was extremely rude and said if I didn't want to pay that the cleaner could get back in his truck and return to his place of business. I said I would pay the $20.00. When the cleaner came inside the house and told me he was done with the outside, I noticed that he did not take the screens off and clean the trackr as the contract called for. So he went outside and cleaned the screens and tracks, but not before I showed him the original ad from Angie's list. Won't have these people back ever again.

On the first scheduled appointment, they didn’t come. When I called them, they said because it was raining they wouldn’t be able to make it to the appointment. They arrived for the next scheduled appointment and completed the job in less than two hours. There were no additional costs. My experience with them went fine.

He get it the house and complaining too many windows and house like a mansion. My house is 2 story 3850sf. I told him on the phone total about 40 windows, and he said no problem because now on promotion unlimited windows cleaning for 149.99 and he gave me 10% discount for first time customer. 2 persons and both only have 1 towel of each for cleaning (can you imagine it ). Not clean and left offer 2 windows never touch and promised want to come back, never show up after 2 times call. any way job not don't right so not bother to clean them with him. Will hire different person to clean it next time. people give review he clean very well, not right. They don't moved the screen and left behind the windows bottom very dirty after we opened the windows. They don't clean the frame at all, only clean the glass. Never trust the review show good .... need to read the review saying that bad. very disappointed.

They did a very good job. There was a crew of 3 people, two men and a woman. They were very efficient and double checked their work when done to remove any dirt that remained.

It was excellent. Two people came out and one of them was a ladyand they did perfect.

We bought a Groupon. for these services and tried to schedule at Thanksgiving time. We sat around all day waiting and called and called and he didn't show up. We rescheduled yesterday, got a confirmation text for 11am and at 1130 my husband called to see where he was. He said we misunderstood and that our appointment was for 1 and so we waited. At shortly after 2 still no show and when my husband called he was told that something happened and our appointment didn't get put into the system and that they couldn't come today!!!! What a run around. When I called to let him know he was going to have a very poor rating he said that he has excellent reviews and wanted to come and provide the service. We however do not want to waste a third day waiting for him. We do not have faith that he will show up and will be requesting our money back from GROUPON

No one showed up to clean my windows!

Went fine, the only thing I was a bit disappointed with was that he did not wash the screens.

A little complicated in terms of scheduling but the windows that were cleaned look good. I believe we paid for some windows that could not be reached and still have to settle that/get a refund for these.

When I contacted company they told me they were not longer on Angie's list and would not honor the service.

When the original appointment was cancelled due to rain, we rescheduled for the next Wednesday and he didn't show. I have tried to reach him on numerous occasions and he either answered and immediately hang up, or told me that he would call me back in 10 minutes, and then I don't hear from him until I call him back. I have paid for this service but am now reluctant to have this company his out to do the job. I would like to request to have my $99.00 refunded.

very pleased, showed up on time and completed 20 windows and 9 screens in 3 hours. Discounted price was very reasonable and no hidden charges. He also checked my gutters for me. I would recommend this company. Also they are local and have other services.

Provider will not make appointment for service. I have called Jesse 5 times and talked to him on 3 separate occasions. He makes some excuse in broken English then says he will call me back but he never does. I call again and when he answers the story is the same.

With my Big Deal purchase, I sent in three possible dates for service. Got a message to call the provider. I did, but had trouble reaching him. I finally asked for an email address to try and arrange a date. Took another email and phone to arrange a date. I needed to change the date because of a small emergency. Once again I had trouble reaching the provider. I just decided it wasn't worth the hassle of continually trying to reach the company.

The windows look great.... they were pretty dirty and the came out very well. The 1st 20 for $99 was a great deal... the rest were a little more expensive.

I provided them with scheduling dates and I did not hear from them. I was not aware the response went to my message center and I eventually found out he did not even service my area.

Initial dates weren't honored. I made contact 2 times after that; the second time the person told me he would call back when he wasn't driving and I have received no call back. That was 3 days ago.

Unreliable and disinterested in providing contracted services.
