Great! Vince and Michael-Ann were extremely helpful and informative for us throughtout the entire process. They were very tolerant of us umm-ing and ahh-ing over different neighbourhoods and areas. Vince did a great job of pulling together a list of properties for us to view as alternatives to the place we thuoght we wanted, and handled a last-minute addition to the schedule which turned out to be the one we fell in love with. As first time buyers (and one of us is from the UK) we had very little idea about the process for putting in offers, etc. Vince walked us through the negotiations, helped us get a good price, and handled all the paperwork revisions for adding a leaseback wonderfully. One minor niggle was with his recommended inspector, who let a friend down and missed a few items we'd like to have known about, so I'd urge caution there, but that's not really a reflection on Vince/NathanGrace/LTZ.

Everything went really well. There was an issue with our loan office and Vince stayed on top of it for us.
