Sometimes trying to find something there is not enough customer service person around. Maybe if there was an app for the store that would be helpful. They do have self-service that helps cash registers, but sometimes the line is backed up and there’s only one or two cashier. People are friendly and they are clean. They usually have what you need. Usually when I talk to people that seem friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a refrigerator that had been leaking on and off for about 4 years. I then found a real good deal on a refrigerator that I wanted about $400.00 off so I went ahead and bought it. They are good for appliances as far as I can tell. It is a big box store. They were helpful in delivering everything because it was around Christmas time and there was times I could be there and not so they kept working with me until it worked out. Everybody I talked to and dealt with was very nice. They hauled off my old one and disposed of it.

See my above commentary. My impression from working with the Lowe's rep is that I would be very satisfied with their work. I just think I can get comparable work for considerably less, which work would also include cutting away the existing vines.
Description of Work: I went to my neighborhood Lowe's about getting my backyard refenced. I requested someone come to my home to estimate the job. Within the time estimated, I heard from Lowe's and their rep showed up at or very close to the designated appointment time. The rep was very friendly, professional and seemingly knowledgeble. In discussing the different types and styles of fencing, it was clear to me that this rep knew what he was talking about, given that I had done a bit of prior research. I probably won't use a Lowe's sub-contractor for my yard because, while I am sure that I would be more than satisfied with the finished product, their price estimate struck me as on the high side. Also, they would not remove existing vines on the existing fence, thus I would have to find someone else to prepare the area for the new fence.

Lowe's had the dubious honor of being the only company we approached who charged for a quote. To add insult to injury the Lowe's bid was the highest of the three we received. The quote they provided was difficult to read.
