Everything was great - we got 4 cubic yards of the Vegetable Garden Mix delivered in under a week when other companies were telling us that it would take 3+ weeks. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and the price seemed reasonable for what we got.

On time, quality topsoil, not very many weed in the weeks following.

good quality soils and mulches available. Can purchase in bulk and some varieties in bags but limited selection in bags.

Living Earth delivered 5.5 cubic yards of mulch, plus a couple of bags of landscape mix. I was not home, but gave specific instructions to dump the product at the foot of my driveway. The driver was concerned it would mess up the gravel drive, so he called my cell to confirm. Perfect.

Smooth and quick

They overall experience was fine. They didn't come the day they were scheduled. I called and they were quick to apologize and made sure we were scheduled first thing the following day. The little issue we had with them was quickly resolved.

I called the company(was on a Monday) and told the individual what I would be using the dirt for...which was filling in some low spots in the yard, filling in around the foundation, and general landscaping. She recommended the top soil sand/mulch mixture (I believe). She was polite on the phone. She could not fulfill the transaction over the telephone, but had to have the main office call me the next day. As expected, the next day (Tuesday) an individual called to confirm my order, collect billing information, and schedule the delivery. I could have had it delivered as soon as the next day (Wednesday), but had it delivered on Friday instead. I was given roughly a four hour window of time for the delivery. On Friday, the driver called during the window and let us know he was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later. He was courteous and dumped the load exactly where we asked him.

Easy to order, they were helpful in determining what type of mix to get. They estimated that 2-3 person could spread the 9 yards of soil in about 3-4 hours. They were right on the estimate. The soil was not compacted and was therefore very easy to spread.

THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT WE NEED WHEN WE NEED IT. IT'S GREAT TO HAVE SUCH PROFICIENCY AND POLITENESS.
