LIGHTS FANTASTIC

The store had some beautiful lighting and lamps, but customer service was nonexistent. Everything in the store was easily over $500 and when I asked about a lamp I had found online for about $175, I was met with obvious snobbery. There were 4 sales people standing around the front desk and none in the store -- my husband and I had to go find them and when I asked about the lamp I liked (not because of price but because it fit my decor), I immediately felt (as did my husband) that the sales staff was looking down their noses at us. They told me that they didn't have it in the store and that if I wanted it, to go online and order it. When I said I would like to see it first, they got even more unfriendly. I asked if they had other stores they could check to see if it might be in stock and one of the sales people said: "not unless I wanted to drive to Austin." The atmosphere in that store was terrible, both my husband and I felt it. I did order the lamp online and paid for it up front and the online store said it would take two to three weeks to deliver. After three weeks I got an email saying they didn't make that lamp anymore and they finally gave me a credit on my credit card but not in time for my statement, so now I get to pay for a lamp I didn't have or incur interest expense to carry over and match up with the credit. Overall, a terrible experience that I will never repeat.

They have great selection. We love our new light.

I had a wonderful experience with them because they wanted to make sure I was getting what I was looking for. Everyone in the establishment seemed very happy to assist me and I felt very comfortable buying their merchandise. I also found that the prices here were very reasonable.

REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN RECOMMENDING RIGHT SIZE FOR MY LAMPS. THE SHADES WERE PERFECT. VERY NICE EMPLOYEE HELPED ME.

THE SALES PEOPLE WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND RECOMMENDED THE APPROPRIATE LIGHTING FOR OUR HOME. BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR LIGHTS GIVE OUR HOME THE RIGHT ACCENTS. WHAT A GREAT SERVICE FOR OUR HOME -- WE CAN SEE THE LIGHT! THEY HAVE A GREAT VARIETY OF LIGHTS AND LIGHTING CHOICES. THEY ILLUMINATED OUR KITCHEN AND LIVING AREAS WITH THE CORRECT LIGHTS AND WATTAGES. WHAT A GREAT SERVICE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE!
