+ -1 moreThe lighting I bought was delivered to Lamps Plus where I picked it up. We installed it ourselves. They were updated replacement lights for our kitchen.
Description of Work: I purchased two lighting fixtures from Lamps Plus. Shawna Renee Ralston assisted me and was very helpful. I bought a Tech Lighting task light (Melrose Red Satin and 4" Wide Satin Nickel Ceiling Canopy) and brushed nickel three light chandelier. I am quite happy with both purchases.

+ -1 moreI like the fan with lights that we got, but the experience was lacking. The price was expensive. Their professionalism and they knowledge on the product could be better. We would possibly use them again in the future.

+ 0 moreThe customer service and sales experience was wonderful. I was greeted by very pleasant sales people and they asked me a lot of questions that gave them an idea of what I was looking for. When they delivered the items to my home, they came on time and were very nice.
