The May $99 special only covered about half the cost, but that was to be expected by terms stated up front - I had several pairs of French doors and a number of divided light windows. I considered the final cost pretty reasonable. Two guys came out and did a great job on my 1500-sq-ft house in a little over an hour! They were very courteous and professional. I'm having them come back in November and plan to keep using them twice a year.

Unreliable, failed to show up. It will be at 9:00 8-3-15 it will probably take about an hour. Never showed up, no phone call, nothing.

When they came out for the appointment I was told they need to charge me an additional $108.00 for french pane windows. I would not recommend their service.

They are phenomenon. It took a little while only because we had a considerable amount of rain and freezing weather in Dallas which is not common. So it turns out that every single time we had arranged for them to do the window cleaning, there was a weather event. The owner of the company contacted me. Every single time he was responsive and made sure that we knew that he couldn't send the crew out at certain days. He always rescheduled and had it done. He was really responsive. I bought it in February and they did it in like April. It got cancelled like 3 times. They were punctual. They did a really good job. I would use them again. We had a previous home and have used them in our previous home. It was a Deal, so $130 for doing the whole house was a really good price.

First of all I had a difficult time contacting the company. And after two promised missed calls, they finally got a hold of me. They arrived and counted the windows. I had more than the 20 that they would clean for the pre purchased $130.00. So I eliminated several to stay within the 20 quoted. Immediately I was told that because there were oversized windows? there would be an additional $60 charge on top of the pre purchased price. Feels like a bait and switch to me. Did not make me happy. He had counted the glass brick as windows, which I said I did not want cleaned so the additional price was $46. So they started their work. I went into the dining room to take down some window treatments so they could clean upper windows only to find that the he had tracked mud on my wool area rug.. So when I pointed that out at the end of the work, he said it would be the additional $46, so I pointed out the mud on the rug and asked what he was going to do about it? He immediately deducted the $46 from the bill and was on his way In an extreme hurry to finish from beginning to end. They did not replace any of the items, grill, plants, on the patio when they were finished. Just left them where they moved them so I had to go behind and clean up after them!!! Not at all happy with, really, any part of the work.

On time, courteous, prepared with all the right equipment, safety conscious. Set to work promptly and kept working until the job was finished. Identified a defective window that we didn't realize we had and we were able to have it replaced under the warranty. They took a lot of pride in their work and hence were thorough. Our windows sparkled when they were done. The same was true of the pressure washing of the driveway and walkway. We will definitely use them again.

Lakewood Window Cleaning arrived on time and quickly went to work cleaning all 16 of the windows on my house. It took a lot of work to get them clean. After he was finished the windows were spotless. I would recommend using Lakewood Window Cleaning to anyone that needs to have their windows professionally cleaned.

They were great. Timely, professional and very nice.

They arrived a few minutes early and did a great job. Very fast, and our windows look great. Will use them again for sure. We bought the $99 deal and ended up paying $70 extra because some of our windows were oversized, but we expected that.

They did a great job. The windows look great. They even got the rust stains off of one window that my AC drip pipe had been causing. They were prompt in getting here. Got the job done in a timely manner. They did not make a mess or step on the flowers in my flower bed. They were very professional. I will hire them again next year.

They were very professional. I had him come out and provide an estimate, and then we set the appointment. They were on time and did an excellent job. I love that he noticed the broken seal before it was too late (10 years) to claim on my energy efficient windows. He helped me get one of the pictures of the fogging I needed to submit for the claim. He was able to get one of the windows I had gotten off track back on track, and all of this for the original quote. The total above includes tax. I always like to read all the reviews on someone before I use them, both the good and bad ones. In this instance, I saw where his bad reviews may not have been entirely warranted. If you want to use someone who charges a fair price for his time and labor, and does such excellent work you want to use him again, I recommend this company to you.

He clearly explained on additional cost due to the fact that i have more more windows than what mentioned in coupon and charged additional dollars($80+) including tax. They started working on my home after couple of windows i observed that they are not doing tracks cleaning and when i asked them to clean tracks they said they will only do out side tracks but not inside tracks. Coupon I brought clearly says that they are going clean tracks but specifics about inside or outside.This is completely a marketing tactic and they should have mentioned they clean only outside tracks.

I purchased a coupon through Angie's list to have my windows cleaned before listing my house for sale. Lakewood Window Cleaning (LWC) had to reschedule my appointment two times due to weather, which forced me to have to push back the list date on the house. I fully understood the need to reschedule these appointments. When LWC was able to come to my house on the third scheduled appointment, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional amount because the coupon did not cover cleaning storm windows (despite there not being such a disclaimer on the coupon) and that they would not be able to clean the windows on that day because they had only allotted an hour for the cleaning and the job would require more time. Although I explained that I had already delayed listing my house for sale, LWC nevertheless required me to reschedule yet again even though they were responsible for not allocating sufficient time to clean my windows. I would not recommend this company.
