Response from Lakewood Window Cleaning
This customer had windows done in August of 2013. Upon arriving I noticed that she had french paned windows on the back of her sun room, windows that aren't covered by the coupon that they purchased. These windows were heavily coated with hard water stains, which is also not covered. I completed the windows that were covered by the coupon and then went to work on the others. She had stated that she only wanted what was covered by the coupon so I did what I deemed was fair and she agreed to it. I know she was disappointed that the deal didn't cover all her windows but what I did was far beyond what the deal states. She also seemed happy about the amount that I did at the time of my departure and had no complaints when I asked her about it. Now 8 months later the client gives me a failing rating and no reasons as to why she did so. We strive for customer satisfaction. I tell my clients that if there are any problems that they have with my work to call and let me know so we can take care of it. I know some things may get overlooked on occasion, and try and make it right when things like that happen, but if the customer never calls to complain then I don't know if there's a problem. I make taking care of such problems a priority in my daily travels, so as to keep my clients as happy as possible. Upon calling the client, I was told that she had nothing to say. I tried to reach out and fix the problem but the client seems as though they would rather stay dissatisfied rather than have the issue resolved.
