We are a high quality residential window cleaning company, with owner on site window cleaning. We are a veteran owned business that does free estimates for clients. Services include: Window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, chandelier cleaning, light fixture and ceiling fan cleaning, and screen and track cleaning. Description of Work: My windows sparkled when they completed the windows. I was unable to clear the way of many of my windows for their interior cleaning, but the majority of my windows were excellently cleaned. I purchased the 20 window deal on Angies List for $99 and then paid for the remaining windows on my home to be completed. They did not do any of the second story windows though, and they did miss one of the downstair windows. But I'm quite happy with the clear beautiful view through my windows.

Description of Work: The service is terrific. We had a couple of problems scheduling due to weather and illness but once we got it scheduled everything was fine. The one suggestion I have is the provider list his area. I was outside his normal area and was charged a trip charge. I will be using the company again regardless.

Description of Work: I had windows cleaned inside & out. After the work was done i found several drips of dirty water in & around the window sills. Also the dirt in the window frame (between screen & window) was not totally cleaned.

This customer had windows done in August of 2013. Upon arriving I noticed that she had french paned windows on the back of her sun room, windows that aren't covered by the coupon that they purchased. These windows were heavily coated with hard water stains, which is also not covered. I completed the windows that were covered by the coupon and then went to work on the others. She had stated that she only wanted what was covered by the coupon so I did what I deemed was fair and she agreed to it. I know she was disappointed that the deal didn't cover all her windows but what I did was far beyond what the deal states. She also seemed happy about the amount that I did at the time of my departure and had no complaints when I asked her about it. Now 8 months later the client gives me a failing rating and no reasons as to why she did so. We strive for customer satisfaction. I tell my clients that if there are any problems that they have with my work to call and let me know so we can take care of it. I know some things may get overlooked on occasion, and try and make it right when things like that happen, but if the customer never calls to complain then I don't know if there's a problem. I make taking care of such problems a priority in my daily travels, so as to keep my clients as happy as possible. Upon calling the client, I was told that she had nothing to say. I tried to reach out and fix the problem but the client seems as though they would rather stay dissatisfied rather than have the issue resolved.

I have no idea why you gave us a bad review. We did everything that was asked in our normal fashion and quality. This client tried repeatedly to show me deal that my competitors were offering and I declined to match the offers. I keep quality help and do a great job and charge a reasonable price for my work. It is not my policy to match prices given by other companies.
