Lakewood Window Cleaning

We scheduled with Lakewood Window Cleaning to come out at 8:30 am to have the windows cleaned. So, I took the day off from work to be home so that they could clean, as well as made plans for appointments for later in the afternoon, because Blane stated it would take about 2-4 hours for the windows to be completed. On the day of scheduled service. Blane called at 8:00 am to say that they need to reschedule. I explained that we are on a tight time line and that we must have someone come today. Blane called back at 10:30 to say the cleaner would be at my home in an hour to 2 hours. Needless to say, I had to cancel my appointments. When the cleaner arrived at 11:45 am, we went through the house to count out the 20 windows to be cleaned, after which he said there would be an additional $90 fee because the windows are extra dirty. He explained that the Angie's list deal that I purchased was for a 'regular cleaning' where the windows are cleaned approximately every 6 months. I told him I would have to discuss this because this is not listed anywhere in the deal or the deal's fine print. I then reached out to Blane again to inquire about this extra fee, and explained to him it states nowhere in the deal that this is for a 'regular cleaning' nor anything about how if the windows have excess dirt that there will be this extra fee. Blane responded that they do usually charge an additional $90 + tax for excess dirt, but that he would lower it to $60 + tax for us because of the debacle we had gone through in the morning. I restated that I did not think it was fair since there was nothing to forewarn of this extra fee, and suggested that he should add that detail on to his Angie's List deal. I also asked that he contact the cleaner to inform him of our agreement. I then told the cleaner of our conversation and gave him the go-ahead to clean. He did an outstanding job. The windows haven't looked this great in a while. They are so transparent, you almost think they are open. Looking outside, appears much more high definition.

The crew was very professional and communicative of things that they ended not being able to work on. Storm windows were taken off and cleaned very well, including any screens. They ended up getting rid of a lot of paint that on the windows that was done by the previous home owner. 2 storm windows were not able to be cleaned, but the crew tried very hard to take them off but in the end it would cause damage. Very pleased with all the service.

Found Blaine through an Angie's list special. He was very prompt and courteous. would definitely use him again. Already made referrals

It went very well. Service was scheduled promptly and completed promptly and was well done. We will used again.

They did and excellent job and did more than we expected. They only charged for cleaning the outside windows and then came in and cleaned the inside as well. I would highly recommend them.

The windows that were washed were fine, but there was a mysterious extra $10 charge at the end (that the workman was unable to explain) and they were unable to wash my storm windows.

Did good job of cleaning. After I pointed out in the beginning that they were missing some corners in the small glass area they went back and redid. After that comment all was cleaned very good. They charged me extra for the french windows, but did not give me any financial credit for not having to remove, clean and replace the screen. As a guideline for the cost I was using an angie list deal which did not quite fit my situation but did give me an idea of what cost to expect. To be fare Blane came out and gave me an estimate before the work, which I agreed, and that is what they finally charged me. The individual Leslie who did the work was very efficient, professional and careful as he worked on the inside. I would ask for him the next time.

No service performed; Angie's List won't stop nagging me to put in a review even tho service was cancelled (though no fault of the provider).

This is the second time I used them. They washed my windows inside and outside. Did a great job. There were no drops on my furniture or floors and the blinds were all put back in place after ward. He didn't take very long at all, and did a great job. He was even careful about my indoor cats.

Great! The work was done quickly and my windows look great. He showed up on time and worked quickly. I plan on recommending this company to my clients who are listing their home for sale.

The vendor did as he said, and a very nice job on the windows. I've used other cleaners before and though I had bad windows. This time they were done right!

I am pleased with the service. There was a slight communication problem but the supervisor quickly remedied the situation. The windows look great and they left no mess behind.

The appointment went well. He showed up on time, cleaned the windows quickly and quietly, inquired if I wanted to purchase a service package to have the windows cleaned more frequently and left. I have a total of 13 windows, a sliding glass door and a (reachable) skylight which he cleaned quite nicely within about an hour and a half. He was not able to clean one octagon window that he was not able to reach due to it's location. I will definitely be using them again.

They were easy to schedule with and came on time for the gutter cleaning. I added the power washing when they came onsite and they were able to remove some grease that fell on the cement. Great job and would use them again.

All was done very well, promptly and at a reasonable price. .

Purchased deal with Angie's List to clean my condo windows. Service Provider rescheduled several times then hired a sub to do the work and wanted to charge a lot more because he could not do the work. Requested Refund from Angie's List and Purchased another Big Deal through Angie's List with another Service Provider that said he would come and give me an est and if he could to the work or not. I do not recommend Lakewood Window Cleaning to anyone.

He could not keep track of dates to see the house. then wanted to charge me 259.00 more. Was slow in responding to voice mails, then call and has to cancel. then had me set for Wednesday and Thursday, I told him it was going to rain on Thursday and he said that was the day they where coming . So Thursday it was raining and I called and fired him. To Big of a Pain to Deals with. I would like my money back A.S.A.P. Leacy Corley

They were 1/2 hour late, but the owner called to let me know which I appreciated, it was not a big deal. Once the workers said they were done I did a walk thru to inspect, and they had missed 3 windows. They completed those before they left and the entire job was done with quality work. I would recommend them.

Purchased the $130 promotional but had to pay more because some of my larger windows counted as more than one. They did an ok job. Found them pricey compared to other companies I have used and didn't see the value difference in service provided so would go with less expensive service provider.

The team was professional and efficient. They called to let me know they were going to be about 30 minutes late and arrived at the revised time. My windows look great!

The technician came out and told me that it would be about $130 extra to do the work, and I refused to pay the additional costs.

Lakewood Window Cleaning arrived on time and cleaned 20 windows for $99 which was the "Angie's Deal" that we had purchased. There were 3 additional windows in our house for which they charged $7 for each...a great deal. "Lakewood Window Cleaning" did a wonderful job!

They arrived exactly on time and was got through everything within an hour and was very personable and professional I would definitely use them again.

Did a very good job. Would use them again.
