Lakewood Window Cleaning

Description of Work: I rated a B for the work because one out of the five sliding glass doors he cleaned was so smudged I had to redo but I was pleased with the other ones that he did and very pleased with the fact my stickers were off my windows. This is the very first time I ever used a window cleaner so I really didn't know what to expect. I was mainly disappointed in the fact that he stated in his advertisement that he would clean the tracks in the sliding glass doors as well as screens. He told me that he did not clean tracks because he didn't have a vacuum cleaner. The cleaning of tracts and screens in sliding glass doors which he advertised on his list of things he provided with his service was one of the main reasons I chose him. The other reason being 51% sale off $99 for $200 worth of window cleaning. I rated him D on price because there were two of them here and they were here half an hour and they did five sliding glass doors which each counted as 2 windows and one small oval door window and 7 smaller windows mainly 9 inches X 3 ft, 6 with stickers. He told me afterwards that the same job would be $125 in the future. I calculated that he was being paid $200 an hour of work since two were here for 1/2 hour. Of course I know the also had traveling time and some overhead . I feel he needs to take off tract cleaning off his list if he is not providing it and if he is advertising $200 value for $99. It should be a full $200 value or needs to change to up to $200. He stated he went by number of windows. Even so $125 worth of windows is not $200 worth. I have never used a window cleaning service before so I have no comparison. I said I would not use him again because if all window cleaners charge this much for cleaning I would prefer to do it myself. I do appreciate he was even early, he came on short notice and was informative and he cleaned both inside and outside of windows as advertised and did a good job removing my |stickers on windows.Overall that was the best my windows have looked but as I have said my main disappointment was not having tracts cleaned and amount of work for a supposedly $200 value.

Also, I was charged $15 for each french door - which I thought reasonable -but I have 3 VERY small french pane windows and he charged me the same for them. Description of Work: I never got a confirmation on date and time and the contact # always said the caller was not taking messages.I had to ask them if the screens were included or they wouldn't have done them. Not very professional. |

Description of Work: They arrived on time and started to work on both the inside & outside. the one thing not done was in the window still under the window itself. Was told that they do not open windows to clean out still. windows were cleaned and looked good after they left. Took a little over 1 hour to do all the windows. Good Job.
