I have used Lakewood Window Cleaning for the last couple of years. They have always been great about assuring that I informed of when they are going to arrive and very punctual. Screens are removed and window cleaned inside and out. I'm always pleased with the results. Sometimes you just don't know what your not seeing through your windows until they been cleaning. It went great! I have used Lakewood Window Cleaning twice so far for cleaning the windows of my two-story home. There are approximately 14 windows, 1 skylight and a glass sliding door. Both times they came out, they showed up on time and cleaned very quickly, with minimal disruption to the work day. This second cleaning was best, though, as the cleaning technician was able to reach a small octagon window on the top floor that the technician who came out the first time was not able to reach. Because it is the main window to look out of when you are at the top of the staircase, its cleanliness (or lack thereof) is noticeable by guests. I was especially pleased when that window was cleaned.

It could have been better but my windows were really dirty before they started so I'm hoping it'll be better the next time around. I wasn't there when they came but the windows were still dirty. He wants to get in and out as quickly as he can. They were real responsive. They could have been a little bit more clean with a little bit more effort. The deal didn't cover all my windows so they charged for more windows.

I liked the person who came--also the owner of the business. I have a lot of windows, and really they needed to be done more thoroughly than I could afford to do. I think that if I had been able to afford the kind of detailing (including removal of storms and cleaning of both sides of each of them), I'd be happier. But frankly it's an expense I can't afford right now.

Two reasons for my "B" score: The cleaner was over 90mins late and didn't call me to let me know and I tried calling and got no response; and there was a major misunderstanding about the price for the service. However, the work done was well and the owner followed up to clarify my dissatisfaction, which I thought was professional.

He showed up on time, did a great job, and was finished in the time he said it would take. Overall a very good experience.

Arrived on time (a bit early) Did not clean between windows until asked to after bill was presented - even then missed storms on 3 windows - Left 2 screens on the floor which I installed - took me an hour to finish the job (77 yr old) Will not have back.

The owner came on time and did an excellent job. He was very professional. I had expected him to just clean the windows outside, and he also cleaned them inside, too.

He was very nice and accommodating. He was very careful, making sure he didn't mash my shrubs when he was cleaning the exterior of the windows. I also asked him to clean a high portico, so he made sure to bring a nice, tall ladder. He did a really nice job, and made sure to go around and check to see if there was anything else at all that we needed. Before he left, he asked me to review his work and make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. I'm certain I'll be using him again, as I usually have them professionally cleaned once or twice a year! He was excellent!

Very good. he's friendly, responsible and does a wonderful job. We have him on a schedule now to come twice/year to do inside and out.

Called on Wednesday morning and had an appointment for Thursday afternoon. No fuss on making the arrangements: I didn't have to be present for the work and was able to leave a check on the door. There were a few random clumps of dirt left around from where the gutters were cleaned but nothing too bad and the windows looked great.
