Rylan came out and walked around the house with me and listened to all the things we wanted, inside, outside, and in the attic. He made recommendations as to the best way to do it, then provided a competitive proposal. When we selected Lakewood Electrical, he arrived when promised and completed all the items. Even though there were a couple of unexpected challenges, he completed the work at the agreed upon price in a timely manner. And cleaned up nicely. We definitely recommend Lakewood Electrical and will use them again for future needs.

They were prompt, responsive to questions, explained the work required and completed the work as planned.

I called him 4 times, he asked me to send a text with photo of the job, which I did, but he never once called back to schedule an appointment over the course of 3 weeks trying to give him my business. Complete waste of time and his delays have put my home's safety at risk. Terrible experience.

Well, it took them a week to get back to me and later explained that the individual receiving the call was out of town. I thought that this could have been handled more professionally or that I could have received a text or email letting me know. He apologized and as able to complete two jobs (reattaching the point of attachment and installing a home surge protector) the very next day. They were punctual and the work took place without a hitch.

Lakewood Electrical was the third electrician I had to hire to fix this problem. So far so good.

Our home is over 80 years old and that seems to be a challenge for some contractors. Rylan & Bryan completed the work professionally, on time, in budget, and neatly. We couldn't have asked for better service!

Had power go out to half my home Sunday night. Called Oncor who came out and determined that I had a completely burned wire from the main power line coming into my house prior to the meter. Emailed Rylan Gray, owner of Lakewood Electrical, around 10 PM so that he could read it and reply first thing Monday--he actually answered THAT NIGHT! He came out the next AM and replaced the wiring, also reviewed my main fuse box and tightened some loose wires and ensured all were in working order. All in all, I was impressed with the detail of his work--the thoroughness and attention to detail. After he restored power to my home, he made sure all the major appliances were working well and not taxing the system. Very sharp guy and well worth the money for the ease of mind of a well functioning electrical system. Highly recommend!

They repaired something but I could still hear a buzz.

Gave good suggestions. completed job with good quality. Overall a good job -- a little more expensive than I expected, so make sure you ask ahead of time what the cost would be. But I would use him again.

It only took a few days between getting a quote and completing the work.

Prompt and courteous, Ceiling fan did not require repair but I didn't know that, so they could have charged for that but didn't. I don't know anything about electric, cars, plumbing, etc, so I have gotten repairs in the past that weren't needed. I feel like I can trust these guys not to take advantage of me.

Our electrical wiring for our driveway security gate had been located above ground on the exterior, alley side of our fence some 20+ years ago. Rylan Gray removed that external wiring & relocated the electrical connection 12" underground within the backyard. He's a smart electrician, very professional, puntual and affordable. We highly recommend him.

Came to give quote. Kept promising he would send me a quote but never did after weeks of waiting for one. Finally he said he was going to pass on the project. Not very professional.

Rylan and his assistance Bryan showed up 15 minutes early. They proceeded to start the removal of my old electric service panel and rewiring the new service panel. The wiring was very neat and clean. Everything went as smooth as glass to me. My electric service was restored. It took them about 7 hours from start to finish. They cleaned up the area very nice. I couldn't have asked for better and honest service. Rylan was very clear as to what needed to be done and came out and preformed the work. They were very clean cut and neat just like the work they preformed. I purchased this service through a special that was on Angie's List. I would and will recommend Lakewood Electrical to any family or friends needing electrical work. Some people thought the price was a little high. But I know I got quality work in a timely manner from a professional. I would pay a few extra dollars for that peace of mind. And this was not a fly by night type of company or one of the huge companies that advertise on every television station and who knows who they hire. This is an independent company providing quality service with competent employees. So if you have a need for an electrical repair I highly recommend Lakewood Electric.

Rylan Gray and his assistant arrived at 9:00 am as promised and completed all work by 5:30 pm that same day. It was hot weather at the time so completion in one day was very much appreciated. Rylan was very happy to answer any questions I had about the installation.

I've had great experience with them in the past. They're really professional. They have a good service and a good personality. Everything is taken care of. They're friendly, timely and have a good price. They're great to work with.

The technician arrived on time and did a decent job, and the company was quick to provide an estimate for replacing my home's electrical panel. However, it didn't follow up with me on some wiring issues with its original work, and I had to hire another electrician to correct them.

Our pool light was causing our breaker to flip when trying to turn on. This originally started a week before our appointment, and when I called Lakewood Electrical in a panic after 5pm on a Tuesday and told them I had no electricity & couldn't get it back on... they were going to try to come over & assist the same day. Luckily, I was able to get the power back on myself & set up an appointment for the following week. They repaired the problem & explained in detail what was wrong. The entire process took less than one hour. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend to anyone with any type of electrical problems.

I did speak with him about the deal, but did not need it then. He said that he would honor it any time, even if it was for a different project. I just never had the need for any electrical projects at this time. I am now just requesting a refund.

He arrived on time, did the work as requested, no complaints.
