I used this company for over a year. The work was fine, I would have continued to use them forever, Then this past week my dog was in the back yard when they came; I was home, car in the driveway but they just proceeded to work in the yard with him out there really scared. I called the owner and asked him to either move me to a later time in the day for my weekly service or to ask his workers to notify me if they came and the dog was out so I could get him in before they started. He was not willing to accomodate me in any way. I cancelled the service

They did fine for a couple of years, although at times I thought the grass wasn't cut low enough to look good for more than a few days. Starting a few weeks ago, they showed up on the wrong week, then the next time on the wrong day, and both times missed major parts of the yard. They didn't mow or edge next to the alley, and completely forgot the back yard trimming both times. Repeated attempts to contact them via email and telephone were unanswered, so I was forced to hire another company to do the work.
