When we decided to update our kitchen I started looking for a vent a hood, dishwasher, disposal and cooktop. Kitchen Kings is conveniently located so I went in thinking I knew what I was looking for. This family owned business not only sells quality kitchen appliances they have Kaycee, who educated me on the pros and cons of the appliances I was shopping for. I am delighted with the choices I made with Kaycee's help. Kaycee had me bring my plates, bowls, glasses etc. so i could see how they fit in various dishwashers. That way I could select the best dishwasher for me. She explained BTUs on the gas cooktop and how the one she helped me choose compared with my old cooktop. Her attention to detail and experience in the field are invaluable. I hired them to install the gas cooktop. Jeff showed up with his son to do the installation. They were professional, clean, and careful not to damage our cabinets, door jambs, or anything else.

Nothing is ever painless but they made it as problem-free as possible.

Jeff Jones went above and beyond. My contractor was trying to convince me to purchase all our appliances through North Dallas Appliance. However, North Dallas Appliance was very expensive. I researched all the Kitchen Aid appliances online and found a much better price package. Not only did Jeff Jones with Kitchen Kings match the online price, he beat the price. Then, he suggested if we upgraded to a better quality microwave we could receive a $500 rebate from Kitchen Aid. Even with the upgraded microwave, which we love, the savings beat all price quotes I received from the online stores as well as other local retailers. Jeff filled out all of our rebate paperwork so all we had to do was fill in our return address and mail it. Old fashioned customer service does exist at Kitchen & Bath Kings. Thank you.
