The response time was fast, appointment was quick and easy to get, locksmith was fast and didn't leave a mess behind. Would highly recommend.

I spent about $200. They were exceptionally good to me because I had some real odd doors in my house and were not easy to put a lock on. It is hard to explain why and they found a creative solution so I can lock these doors because I had to find a way to lock them. It has worked perfectly fine.

Everything turned well. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.

I'm going to get him out here again.

Arrived on time, Placed new deadbolt in back door (steel core door) and replaced deadbolt in from door. Keyed both deadbolts to match main door key.

I selected this contractor because they had such good ratings on Angie's List and when I checked the price of one of their competitors, they were lower. When they came to do the work, everything seemed fine. However, about 45 days after they did the work, I went to lock my front door's deadbolt, and my key just spun in the lock. Since I had to then go out my back door to lock my house, I locked both the deadbolt and door knob on my back door, only to find out that the key would not work in the door knob. I immediately gave them a call back expecting to receive great customer service when their representative informed me that they could have someone out after 4:00pm the next day, but that they only warranty their work for 30 days and would have to charge me. The next day, I called back and spoke to the owner/manager, and he gave me the explanation that this happens all the time and that it is a safety feature of the lock, so that the lock won't break as result of my house settling. I asked him if there was a simple fix that I could perform on my own, and he gave me an explanation containing many terms that only someone familiar with the lock's components could understand. The response I needed in order to give them a good rating despite all of this was an apology and "I'm sending someone over today." I'm going to try and call back one more time, so that I don't have to pay someone else, but I am completely frustrated at this point. I will not use this contractor again.

The technician came within an hour, and he called when he was 10 minutes away. He was very punctual and professional. His price was extremely reasonable. We would definitely use this company again.

They did a good job, and we had a fine experience with them. Their price was fair. If I have any problems in the future, I will call them.

I had called Ron several months ago to ask about the security of our existing locks and he was so nice, honest and helpful on the phone that I called him again to service them. He was extremely pleasant, spent about an hour and a half on all four doors and they all work beautifully now. I have already recommended him to a friend. His service was outstanding and very reasonably priced.

The technician was very punctual, professional, and done within 45 minutes. After I showed him all the doors, he immediately went to work. He made all the keys in the back of his truck.

Needed a door re-keyed. I got a prompt answer to a telephone call, a prompt and helpful person on the phone who gave me a time and an estimate. The locksmith arrived very near the appointed time and performed the work in a polite, courteous and professional manner. I was completely satisfied with the service.

The repairman was exactly on time, to the minute! That just does not happen anymore!! He was very polite, checked all of my other doors to make sure they did not have the same problem, and was gone within 30 minutes.

I chose this locksmith from Angie's List. Took an ignition switch I had purchased from an auto parts store and asked it it could be re-keyed to my original key. Was told, in a very clear explanation that it would be better to purchase a "blank" ignition switch cylinder and have the proper tumblers installed. I chose to take that advice; had Kellan's order the switch for me and it was ready in five days. Returned the other switch to the auto parts store.

David was great. He showed up on time, did a thorough walk through and got right to work. He gave us a good idea of how long the whole job would take and identified some issues with the existing hardware that we should look at in the future. He worked efficiently and quickly and took care of every one of our requests all while we had other contractors here to work around. Would definitely hire this group again.

Fast working and fair price. Only negative was that he was 30 min. late, so when he got there, I was in the backyard and didn't hear the doorbell or phone ring. He left, but when I got his message, I called him back, and he returned to our house immediately.

I called Kellan's and they responded quickly with a reasonable estimate for the re-keying the locks. They sent someone out the same day. He arrived promptly and was very professional and quick in the work he did. I was very happy with the work and with the price.

Excellent service and we were delighted by the quick response, professionalism, and fair price. I only had the lunch hour to get the work done and was pleasantly surprised to have it done in under that time. The owner himself came out the day after I initially contacted the company and was right on time. Both locks were replaced and 8 new original keys were made. He also detected that the screws in the strike plate were too short to be structurally sound and replaced with longer ones. The locks still work great a few weeks later.

Great service! I called Thursday morning and told their rep. my problem. He gave me 2-3 ideas to fix it myself for free! That didn't work so he scheduled their locksmith that afternoon. David, their locksmith, did a very quick and professional job. David also exceeded my expectations! After removing the lock, David installed my new lock from the hardware store without me even knowing that he did. The new lock didn't fit the door jam exactly so David modified the door jam to make it fit and still look very good. David also modified the new lock to fit my current house key. (If you have lots of house keys like I do, that's a great thing to do.) It only cost $9. I would recommend using Kellan's. I would also recommend asking for David. He did a very thorough job and is an easy guy to work with.

I scheduled an appointment several days in advance. They called to tell me he was on his way. He was pleasant and on time. I changed my mind and asked for more keys, which he pleasantly made even though he had already made the first amount I had asked for. He cleaned up after himself. And extra bonus, all of the keys actually work.

Very smoothly. The person taking the calls was good about asking for enough information to make sure that the technician who came to the house was prepared with the right equipment and tools. Price was fair in comparison to other quotes received. Workman showed up on time and performed the work efficiently.
