It was great!

My husband told me Ron showed up on time, did the work professionally, and my husband was pleased with the price. This is my husband's first experience with hiring people from Angie's List and he is sold!!

Job 1: Angie's List referral! Prompt and courteous receptionist, scheduled at my convenience, Ron accurately quoted estimate on the phone, arrived early. David was friendly, knowledgeable, and solved my problem in no time flat. Although the $40 trip charge was high, they were upfront abt it, and I suspect competitors would've been comparable. The $10 extraction charge was reasonable. We'll use them again! Job 2: Work was on my car and they were nice, prompt, patient, skilled, and saving me an expensive tow and from being stranded 30 mile frm home w/dogs. Tech arrived promptly, was nice, knew what he was doing and after correctly determining that the key itself wasn't the problem, he might have just called it quits. He was able to cut a key from the master and then use the new key too carefully and skillfully "bump" the ignition lock, so I could start the car, drive it home, drop off my dogs and drive the car to a dealership for a definitive repair. It was still scary to be stranded and they really saved me!

They didn't show up. They asked us if we had proof that we owned the house, and my wife had that address on her license (we just moved, and are renting the other house). They said that will work, and would be there in 30-40 minutes. My wife drove 20 minutes to get there, only to have them not show up. My wife called, and they said we couldn't prove we owned the house, so they weren't coming. (?) My wife said she could, and it was on her license, and Kellen said "well sorry, we're busy now". The license/address issue was cleared up when we made the appointment! The appointment taker verified it and said the license would work, and they were on their way. We went with another company. This was for an important real estate showing, specifically to see the inside of the garage. It made it more frustrating when they gave the 'well, too bad' attitude.

They were prompt and courteous. They held to the estimate given (which was fair). I was very pleased with their work.

The owner of this company is so professional that he came out personally to install these two new locks in my home. He wanted to make sure that they were done correctly, so he did it. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his excellent knowledge of security. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Called them in the morning and they were there at 4:00 that day. The work went well, after fighting a knot in the door where the hole was needed for the dead bolt. All work performed satisfactorily and within an hour.

He did the work professionally, efficiently, and cleaned up his work area. He also took extra effort to drill new longer screws into the door to secure the door more effectively against break in's. He was courteous in his work.

Although my home is 66 years old, the door and the doorknobs were only one year old. It became harder and harder to unlock the door with the key. Finally, it was impossible. I called the Kellan company and spoke with Ron, the shop foreman. I explained the situation to him and he was very knowledgeable and set up the appointment for me. On the day of the appointment, Ron phoned to let me know they were ahead of schedule and asked if it were possible to arrive early. Kellan, the owner, arrived and did all the work quickly and efficiently. He didn't tell me he was the owner until I asked about the business. The door works perfectly now, and Kellan took the time to show me how to do minor repairs on my inside (vintage) doorknobs myself. This company is fantastic!

Great! I called on Wednesday afternoon, they said they be able to get out on Thursday, sometime after lunch. I received a call at 1:30 that they were on their way. Arrived on time.

The locksmith showed up on time and re-keyed three deadbolts. He worked quickly and was very professional.

The young man was very helpful and worked quickly. He even vacuumed up his mess afterwards, I was impressed.

Installer was on time and was quick to finish. Cleaned up after the work was completed.

Two workers came over. I needed to replace one of the locks that I had purchased to be able to use the same key for both. I went to the store and one of the men came and did the job. They didn't charge for coming back. He did a really good job and cleaned up, made extra keys for me, etc. I was very pleased with the job. He did have to drill out the holes and that cost more.

THEY PROVIDED QUICK SERVICE AND THEY ALSO PROVIDED A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. MY KEY WORKED THE FIRST TIME I TRIED IT, AFTER THEIR WORK. THEY WERE EXCELLENT LOCKSMITHS!
