The process took some time due to the mountain of paperwork and disorganization of the mortgage companies. Lamar was persistent in keeping them on track and working through the obstacles. I was very impressed with his dedication. I think many other agents would have given up.

Team Baglietto did a phenomenal job. The home staging, customized website, 3-ring binder of home/community details, full color brochures, and weekly updates, all helped to sell our home and we could not have been happier. Our home was on the market for 90 days with decent traffic but no offers. Mark never pressured us to lower our asking price. When the offer came in, we were on the phone until 11:45 on a Saturday night finalizing the deal. We then asked Cindy to go with us the very next day to look at homes. We looked at 10 homes on a Sunday with short notice. There were a couple we liked but Cindy suggested just taking a look at new construction. We are so thankful she did. We found a great house that would be completed by the time we needed it, she helped us negotiate the contract, and helped us get our questions answered. We can't leave out Mark and Cindy's assistant, DeAnna. She was always keeping us informed of things we needed to do for both the sale and purchase. She reminded us of things we would have surely forgotten. We would highly recommend this team to anyone either selling or buying a home.

We lived in California and he helped us find the home in Texas. He helped me find it while I was far away, and also helped me when I came in to visit the area. He was very good about listening to what we needed and didn’t waste my time on things I wouldn’t like. He was very patient, answered my calls, responded to my emails, and helped if I wanted to see a house more than once. I would classify him as an excellent realtor. He was diligent, friendly and listened to what we wanted and he never wasted our time.
