They did a fantastic job! They setup their cleaner, got all of the stains out, and it smelled better than new. They were extremely friendly. They only wanted $15, but I gave them more because they had done such a great job.

JP arrived early at my request and promptly began cleaning the carpets. I had already moved everything out of one room and was working on the others. They did numerous passes over all areas to clean the heavily soiled carpets. I was very impressed with the overall work. JP was friendly and efficient. The work was completed in about an hour and a half. There were a couple of tough stains that would not come out but I was expecting that. The only suggestion I would make would be to do more pre-treating. I had called a couple of other companies which were quite a bit more expensive. I saved money and got good quality with JP.

My carpets looked great! They were very courteous, moved furniture, worked quickly. I plan to ask them back to clean other areas.

JP showed up on time he steam cleaned all our rooms and stairwell as well as a few small rugs that we had. He worked quickly and was willing to move all but the really big furniture (I told him we didn't need the heavy furniture moved) out of the way for cleaning. The carpet was dry by evening in most areas but still a little damp in other areas until the following day.

It went extremely well. They were very flexible and friendly.

I was amazed at the results. I have an older dog who was not very mindful of the carpet. Johnny did a better job cleaning than any other company I have used, whether steam or dry chemical.

This is the second time I used JP Carpet Service. Both times I have been exceptionally pleased. Their service and prices are the best! Unlike companies like Kiwi and Dalworth that advertise low prices but charge you for every little thing, like spot removal, and end up being expensive, JP Carpet's prices were truly very low. I was so pleased that I tipped Johnny an extra $20 and gave his helper $10. I highly recommend them to everybody for their low prices, friendly service and excellent carpet cleaning.

Mr. Parker showed up when he said he would, did the job he promised, and left everything clean and great smelling. I liked his work so much that I called him back and had him clean the carpets in my whole office. I will absolutely use this service again.

THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. HE GOT OUT SEVERAL BIG STAINS.

HE WAS PROMPT IN ARRIVING AND WAS EXTERMELY COURTEOUS. HE DID A THOROUGH JOB IN PRE-TREATING THE STAINS AND IN THE CLEANING OF THE CARPETS. SOME OF THE STAINS DIDN'T COME OUT, HOWEVER PROBABLY TO THE WEAR AND AGE OF THE CARPET.
