+ -1 moreThings went fine at first. I called and got a guy named Josh to come out and go over all of my requirements with me, walked through each room and he answered all my questions. We parted with him telling me he would work up an estimate and get back with me next week, which was great as I was ready for an immediate start - had money in hand. By Thursday of the following week I had two other bids in hand and sent Journey Home Remodeling an email stating that I was still looking for my promised bid and that I was wanting to make a decision by Friday COB. I had no reply by Friday noon and selected another contractor. Shame, as this was a 30K+ job. It has now been an additional week and I have yet to get a peep out of them. Professionals don't operate this way. Even if they were too busy to take on another job or couldn't start for a few months I feel like they should have at least provided me with the bid they promised or at a minimum communicated back to me. A well deserved "F" if you ask me.
