I had hardwood flooring and tile being put in my home while I was out of town. I asked John to come by and make sure the work was being performed well. Since I was out of town I wanted a third party to ensure the work was going as promised and the workers knew someone was coming by to do quality control. He came by while the work was being done and gave me progress reports. Once the work was complete he came back to the house and did a walk through to make sure he did not see any problems. It gave me piece of mind to know that someone with construction experience was looking after my project. I loved the company I used, but after years of doing remodel experience, I know that a company doesn't always tell you when they've made a mistake or not done a process correctly. This service ensured the job was done right. I plan on using him again when we remodel our master bathroom.
