+ -1 moreJames was very thorough and detailed in his verbal summary and very prompt in providing a written report. If there was an item that the client didn't understand, he was able to easily and patiently explain to their satisfaction. I can always count on James to be thorough and detailed and not miss anything. I've worked with him for almost three years on many inspections. I've never had a client that was not pleased with his report.
Description of Work: I've worked with James on many inspections so it's about time I submitted him to Angie's List. In the most recent inspections which wer last week, he inspected two homes for me, was very thorough (as usual) and was excellent when explaining the details to the client. He is very patient with questions, a great educator, and very knowledgeable of inspection requirements including the most recent changes in inspection requirements.
