After living in this newly renovated house for 10 months, there has been a multitude of issues. How this company can call themselves contractors/remodelers is beyond me. Yes it could have been partly the owners who may have cheapened out and cut lots of corners. However, the work performed on the house, an interior remodel job of $65,000 (I looked up the permit), was done very poorly. Yes I did hire an inspector and everything seemed to be okay at time of inspection , must've done a great job hiding the issues. Issues within the 10 months: Electrical issues throughout house, improper circuitry which caused major overloads (living room tv should not be on same circuit as microwave and refrigerator), guest bathroom shower stone floor all rusted, improper sealing of shower tiles, etc., master bathroom shower improperly sloped causing water puddling and not draining and pan installed only on 3 sides causing flooding into adjacent rooms (mildew, mold damage throughout). Foundation repair on the house was done by some unaccredited, inexperienced day laborers who would not honor lifetime guarantee and yes the house needed to be re-leveled..Not sure if they were hired by this company since they were the main contractor for this house. Plumbing and electricity was completely neglected, drain line completely being replaced. From the work done inside the house, which is the only thing this company can claim ownership of, I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise to stay clear.
