We first heard of Jeff Duffey when we bought our first townhouse 5 years ago - he was the sellers agent at the time, and all we could think was, "their agent seems to fight for them more than ours does for us." We sold that townhouse a year ago and we called Jeff to be our listing agent. The Dallas market is hot, and has been for a while now. Jeff got us staged and priced appropriately - we had several offers within the first few days, and closed just a few weeks after listing with an all cash offer. After we sold the townhouse, we started looking for a new home for a growing family. A year later, we finally found something. Jeff again provided the expertise and guidance to help us land the contract. He and everyone in his office (we worked with Barbara) is very nice, responsive, and do all they can to get you the best deal possible, as quick as possible. He has a lot of good connections - we ended up using the inspection company and mortgage company he recommended to us (loved working with them both). Overall, just very professional, very knowledgeable agent and office. Would recommend to anyone in Dallas.
