It went very well. A technician came out and was doing ok, then the owner came out to see that it was all done and to help locate the pressure problem. The price was good, and the professionalism was great. I highly recommend this provider.

They took a look at my problem and made an easy fix for a problem I thought would have been more expensive. They ran some tests and replaced 3 heads. They were very communicative about all the things they were doing. It was just a pleasure to have them here. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My neighbor had a contractor working at his house and they ran a skid-steer over my front yard and broke a main sprinkler line and some smaller lines. The contractor called Irrigation Pros because I wanted a licensed irrigation specialist to do the repair. Mr. Bumpass came out on a Saturday himself and evaluated the repair and told me he would do the repair while he was there. He spent about 7 hours on his day off to help me get back in service. He also had to run all over town to find parts. Even so, some of the parts he needed were not available at the local big box and all the sprinkler supply houses were closed and he had to come back to complete part of the repair. Mr. Bumpass is a very honest, person that wants to take the best care of his customers. I can't remember when I have been this pleased with a contractor. YES I WILL USE HIM AGAIN!

We received excellent service. Eric walked me through the diagnostic process, identified the issue (electrical damage caused by foundation repairs), fixed everything, tested and verified with me. Very friendly and thorough, I would call them again and recommend them to friends.

There were some small issues this year and he personally came to our house and tweaked the system. He was very kind to explain everything that had to be done and how we could take care of the problems in the future.

It went well! I was most impressed because Irrigation Pros did not have to get me directly involved but was able to handle the pblm completely while I was away from home. They also informed me I could recover some of the expense on my water bill due to the leakage which I did. Could not have asked for a more professional and knowledgable company to work with! Highly recommend to anyone with an irrigation problem.

We hired Irrigation Pro's on 22 Aug of 2012 and would definitely recommend them to other customers. After hiring two other sprinkler companies to resolve our water coverage issues, we ended up losing even more lawn and plants. One company's proposal was hilariously expensive and complex, at which point we searched for a third sprinkler company. Ross at Irrigation Pro's evaluated our system and showed me by individual sprinkler what the exact problems were and how to resolve them. The crew arrived on time and spent the day amending our system. They were quiet, clean, and at the end of the project demonstrated the amended coverage in each of our areas. I was impressed with the quality of their work, the cost was almost exactly what Ross had estimated, and he also took time to summarize how he selects, trains, and deploys his team. I truly also appreciate how each of his employees are certified sprinkler specialists, and are properly documented for work here in the U.S. I would not hesitate to recommend Ross and his team at Irrigation Pro's.

In a day and age when people do only just enough to get by, Irrigation Pros met and exceeded my expectations. When they came back to make sure the backyard had proper sprinkler coverage, they discovered we had built a stone flower bed in addition to the patio work. Ross and his team instantly realized what had to be done to do the job properly, did the work and made sure all the stations worked properly. I can not say enough about the thoroughness and professionalism Irrigation Pros displayed. I strongly recommend their services and will do business with them again in the future! PS - They remembered to replace the broken sprinkler head as well!!!

Ross, the owner, came out and tested our system and showed us where we were lacking and why. He demonstrated how most of our sprinler heads were designed for a higher pressure system than ours. That's why so many areas were not getting coverage. He proposed fixes for each zone, explained everything very thoroughly without wasting our time, and gave us an estimate on the spot. We found him very pleasant & easy to work with. We set a date and they arrived as scheduled. Ross was here to start the project & stopped by at least once during the work to check progress. He walked us through some of the changes they had made mid project. I was very pleased with their work & the way we were treated. I especially appreciated the fact that I was treated with the same respect as my husband. Ladies will know what I mean. I look forward to seeing our landscaping perk back up! While some professional landscapers I had hired were removing some old shrubs, PVC pipe and wiring to my sprinkler system was cut. The landscaping company called Irrigation Pros who arrived on-site within a couple of hours to repair the work allowing the landscapers to finish the job that day. While I didn't directly hire this company I was pleasantly surprised at their responsiveness. They did some other leak repair work while on-site and since that wasn't caused directly by the landscaping I was billed for that portion of the service. A couple of day later I received a small check from Ross explaining that he thought the initial invoice was a little high. I really appreciate this level of honesty in companies. Neil and Nick were the technicians who not only did the job well and were knowledgeable but they were also very friendly. Several days later I realized that one of the zones they were working on was not firing. They had tested this before they left so something happened afterwards. I called Ross, the owner, who scheduled to come back out the following week when it was convenient for me. Neil and Nick arrived as scheduled and repaired the problem (more cuts from the landscaping). I met Ross who arrived later. Note that they do not install new systems, only repair existing ones. All in all these guys are a good choice if you need irrigation service. Honest, technically adept and simply good customer service all around.
