+ -1 moreImperial was recommended by our contractor. Never again. I recommend you avoid them, too. Two things needed to be done: glass for our shower; cut and install a mirror for our vanity. The mirror was left, unattached, by the prior owner. The quote was to do both. The shower glass: they did a reasonable job on the shower glass. It looks solid, but only time will tell. The silicon around the base is very sloppy. The wife is very upset. They gave us a song and dance about the mirror. They actually said, "we picked up a piece of wood from the shop floor to use as a straight edge to cut the mirror but it's too small”; then, they tried to hit us for $180 for a new mirror, but would not haul the old one away. Don't bother with this dog and pony show.

+ -1 moreI have dealt with Imperial Glass on the last 3 houses I have worked on. They are GREAT!! Their work is excellent. They show up as scheduled and the product is always ready on time. They take great pride in their finished product. Everyone I have dealt with is always professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
