I Love International Moving

Our moving logistics were a little bit tricky. My sister and I were both moving out of our apartment. I was moving to another apartment in France my sister was loading a U-Haul to move her stuff out of the city. The movers called 30 minutes before their arrival, and they arrived right at the beginning of their arrival window... perfect! After we explained the logistics of the move and showed them how our stuff would be divided, we signed paperwork (on the iPad) and they got started. They brought their own blankets to put on the carpet to keep the floors clean and wrapped all of the furniture heavily in the plastic wrap they brought. They had brought their own truck so they loaded all my stuff on their truck first, then loaded all of my sister's stuff onto her U-Haul. All of my boxes were labeled by room and they loaded them to get it ready for shipping. It took them less than 5 hours to complete the entire loading process! They worked quickly, never took a break, and were all very courteous. We went over all of the rest of the paperwork electronically at the end, we paid cash (to get a cheaper rate), and a receipt was emailed to me once I received everything in France. We were so impressed that they were able to be so quick and efficient while also being extremely careful with all of our stuff. No walls were scraped and no furniture was damaged. I would absolutely use i love international moving again in the future and recommend them to friends.

When I called I spoke to Alex which explained every aspect of the international move thoroughly and gave a lot of tips on how to maximize their expertise. The estimate process was extensive but convenient, it happened all online and over the phone. Even the proposal was done online. No one needed to come take a look before a quote. The crew showed up exactly as requested, early early morning. Everyone was friendly and courteous, very professional. The foreman made sure we understood everything and took care of each item, making sure they were properly protected and noted their intended room placement. The same thoughtfulness was extended when time came to unload at the destination. Whenever, the movers weren't sure of something (whether to take a box to the truck, where to put a box in the house when unloading, had to move a mattress a certain way to get it downstairs) they always asked us and checked with us to make sure that we were ok with what they were going to do. We are extremely pleased with our decision to go with i love international movers, it could not have gone smoother. Thanks guys!
