Contacted HUNTER PLUMBING based on listing on Angie's List. Was told that a ''technician'' would contact me later that day. Was contacted three days later by another office staff person who said she had received my information and that a ''technician'' would contact me within 24 hours. Never heard back from anyone. All work performed by another company -- within three days after my initial call to them.

This was the second time I contacted Hunter since my first experience was excellent. As before, Nick and his crew were very professional, and I never had the feeling that I was being overcharged or taken advantage of.

Quick, efficient and polite. Explained what needed to be done.

They have done EXCELLENT work for us in the past but this time the bid was just exorbitant and I had to use another plumber. I must say though that Hunter Plumbing is VERY impressive for the prompt and extremely courteous customer service. I wish I could have afforded to use them this time! I definitely and highly recommend them.

My experience with the company has been nothing but A+! Everyone that I dealt with-Jessica, the ladies at the answering service who handle overflow calls, Nick and Brian-- was very professional and attentive to the needs of the customer.

Nick was very polite and on time. Jessica (with whom you speak on the phone), is excellent at customer service and very responsive. The work was completed within 2 days, and was done well.

Nick and Brian made it look easy. They were busy when they were there and worked after dark on a couple of days. I think the work may have been more than they expected but they rose to the challenge and made it happen. I would have no qualms about using them and plan to use them on future projects. Nick even installed a coupling on an old gas range that I was replacing at no extra charge. Money well spent for a daunting job.

Excellent! They showed up on time and when they had to go back to the shop for a part, they were back quickly. They cleaned up beautifully. A tremendous service experience.

Work was done very quickly and the plumber gave me several tips for fixing two other plumbing problems in the house that I could do myself. How refreshing.... an honest plumber !!!

Company completely non-responsive and disinterested. 1st (on Friday) & 2nd (on Monday) calls were answered. Each time I was assured response "soon" and "within 15 minutes", respectively. THEY DID NOT CALL BACK EITHER TIME. I called a third time and got an answering machine. Called back a fourth time and Jessica answered phone. Jessica did not know anything about situation and was actually quite terse and unprofessional. I opted to end and seek other assistance.

Friendly and easy to work with. Showed up as promised for estimate and provided estimate onsite. Completed job quickly and were very helpful.

I called to see when they had an appointment open to come and do some plumbing work. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were finishing-up a job, and could be at my house in the next hour. Nick and Brian arrived, were very courteous, and explained everything they would do to ensure I was satisfied. They were very efficient in their work, were tidy, and very personable. Nick took the extra time to explain all charges, and made sure I was very satisfied. He even went so far as to explain so other services they offered, which I plan on taking them up on. I will definitely use this company again.

Nick from Hunter Plumbing is just great. Right on time, very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

ON TIME, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL. SENT ME TO PLUMBERS' SUPPLY STORE (BECAUSE I HAD TO PICK OUT A NEW TOILET SEAT), AND CALLED AHEAD TO HAVE MY ORDER READY WHEN I GOT THERE. HE DISCOVERED ANOTHER PROBLEM WHILE I WAS ENROUTE, CALLED ME ABOUT IT, AND CALLED THE STORE TO HAVE THEM ADD THE NEEDED PART TO THE ORDER. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. GREAT SERVICE!

NEIL, THE PLUMBER WAS GREAT. HE AND HIS CO-WORKER BRIAN WERE ON TIME. NEIL GAVE ME AN OPTION OF REBUILDING MY EXISTING FAUCET OR INSTALLING A NEW ONE. APPRECIATED THE OPTION. NEIL EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HE WAS DOING WITH EACH ITEM OF WORK HE AND BRIAN WERE PERFORMING WHICH I ALSO APPRECIATED. COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY, GREAT GUYS, GOOD WORK. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

JOB 1. ON TIME. POLITE. CLEAN. JOB 2. ARRIVED ON TIME, GOT WORK DONE, AND CLEANED UP AFTER.

SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER.

THE PLUMBER WAS EXTREMELY RESPECTFUL AND EXPLAINED VERY CAREFULLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND WHAT HE PROPOSED WE DO. THE COST WAS WELL OVER $100 -- HIGHER THAN I ANTICIPATED -- BUT THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND MY SINK IS FIXED. HE EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. VERY PROMPT AND WILLING TO REDUCE PRICE FOR WORK AFTER FINDING THAT IT WOULD BE EASIER THAN THOUGHT.

THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY, AND EFFICIENTLY, WITH A MINIMUM OF FUSS OR BOTHER TO ME OR MY FAMILY. THE PLUMBER WAS PLEASANT, COURTEOUS, AND SEEMED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO, AND HE DID IT.

THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE, WHICH WAS VERY REASONABLE. WE WANTED TO HIRE THEM, BUT THEY COULDN'T SEEM TO GET IT TOGETHER ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY MAKE PLANS TO DO THE WORK.

FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS, PROFESSIONAL AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

THE GUY WAS FINE. HE DID HIS WORK AND LEFT. HE WAS QUIET AND SAID LITTLE BUT HE WAS POLITE. HE WAS ON TIME AND WORKED HARD WHILE AT MY HOME.
