I have used them several times. The cleaning results were excellent.

We are return customers. Teams was efficient, professional and focused on the job at hand. They were careful with the furniture and shutters. I will call them again.

It went well. I have used them every year. The crew may have few or all new employees, but the management takes care of the work.

The company was so difficult to get ahold of that I thought they'd gone out of business. I first left a message using the phone number listed here on Angie's List, and then tried to contact them on their website a week later. No response to either. There are not a lot of other gutter cleaning options in my area, however, so I call again and finally was able to speak with someone to set up service. They did a great job on the gutters and a good job on the windows.

Victor and his partner were terrific. They worked diligently in the 100 degree heat and did a beautiful job. There was a lot of paint spray and construction dust on the windows but you wouldn't know it after the job was completed. Have used Hughes in the past and will continue to use them for both window and gutter cleaning.

They arrived on-time and completed the job as expected. They were professional and even showed me what was obstructing my rear lower gutter. I definitely plan to contact them again next Spring, and will likely call on them to clean my windows as well.

They showed up on time and were very clean when doing the inside of windows. No problems were encountered and would use them again.

Went beautifully. Technician could not have been more efficient or helpful and he pointed out several issues that we need to look into -- our house is over 25 years old and is showing some wear. Windows look great and the gutters will work as they're supposed to now that all the debris is gone. And they bagged the debris from the gutters and hauled it off which is a major plus. We have already signed up for annual repeat service. Highly recommend Hughes Window Cleaning.

We usually use them about once a year. They have good prices, and they are very quick and efficient.

This organization is professional, competent, thorough, prompt and competitively priced ... especially compared to other quotes I received. Victor (and his assistant) were very courteous - from initial quote to completing the job. While cleaning, a water hose accidentally broke an AC drain (PVC) on my roof and Victor fixed it immediately. I highly recommend them ... and will definitely use them again.

I have used Hughes Window and Gutter Cleaning Service for eight years. The service was excellent. They do a great job, they come when they are supposed to, and I think it is a great price. They are professional, they are in and out, and I like them.

Very professional staff. Arrive more or less on time. On site estimate was more or less what I expected. You can get it done cheaper but not maybe better or with same level of professionalism. Didn't mind opening the back gate for them and leaving to go to work.

Windows were cleaned beautifully inside and and out. Crew was very courteous and efficient. Sorry I don't remember details of their timely arrival, etc as it has been many months since they were here. I will definitely call them the next time I want my windows cleaned.

They were good. They got the windows clean without streaks. I had no problems with them. They were prompt. They did state their prices up front.

I've contacted Hughes a couple of times. They're always very quick to respond and to schedule. I rarely had to wait more than a week. They're also very accomodating to me given I work during the day. Their workers are prompt and courteous. They also showed up on time and were extremely quick! They came with a full crew and had folks doing the outside while others came inside. I think they arrived, cleaned and left in less than 20 minutes. My only complaint is that once they have your contact info, they tend to bug you almost monthly to schedule an appointment. Although some may appreciate the contacts, I would rather they not call me but wait until I call them.

I usually have them come out in the spring to do my windows. I've been using them ever since I moved here in 2005. There is nothing I don't like about them. They called one day, a cold call, and I said, yeah, I need to have my windows done. I'm 2 stories, I'm not going to do the windows. They came out and they did a good job. They call me every year and every year I have them out. I don't always see them, they just come and clean and I will get a bill in the mail. If they do the insides I would have to be here, but I usually just have them do the outside. They've been great, I have no complaints.

They were awesome and we were very satisfied with the cost. This company was punctual and did the job they said they were going to do. They cleaned up after themselves; everything was very neat and the guys were professional. It was easy to make an appointment to fit around my schedule.

They showed up promptly on time and got to work. They cleaned the windows and took out the screens while cleaning. They charged a little extra for that but it was worth it. They were quick and left our windows sparkling clean.

Hughes does a very good job I just think they are pretty pricy which is why I dropped their overall rating to a B. Going forward I will get a specific bid before I have them begin the cleaning.
