Everything was done satisfactorily, even though they did have to go back over some things after I pointed them out. Also, we had a couple of screens that they appear to have torn, though they weren't noticed until after the cleaners had left. I have used them before and will probably use them again as they do fairly good work at a reasonable price.

Professional sales and courtesy calls. Good, prompt service. They are considerate and get the job done quickly and don't leave a mess when finished. I would recommend them for gutter cleaning.

Very well. Were able to come out the same day. They left the areas cleaner then they found them - cleaned up leaves already on the ground/patio as well as ones from the gutters.

They came early and began their work, got right after it, and when finished, collected their check ( which was several dollars less than their estimate over the phone) and left.

The gutters were completely full of leaves, acorns, twigs, etc. I called Hughes Window and Gutter to get an estimate. They explained how they price their jobs - which is per foot of gutter cleaned, and that they have a minimum of $100. 2nd story gutters cost more per foot than 1st. I'd made some rough measurements of this before I called, so they gave me an estimate that was right on. If you don't know how many feet of gutter you have, they'll estimate it based on the house square footage, and they'll measure when they get there for the final price. They happened to have a crew in my area the day I called with time for another job, so they came out the same day. They did a very thorough job bagging all the debris as they went. They flushed all the gutters and downspouts out. They had a crew of 3 or 4 guys, so they completed the work in less than 45 minutes. I'll be calling them the next time the gutters need cleaning.

They arrived 15 minutes early and began working. They were polite and did a great job. If they missed a spot, they went back and cleaned it! They did a great job on our chandelier which has lots of parts. They dusted the ceiling fans and took each light bulb out and shined up everything. Have used them once before and will use them again!

Terrific. Couldn't ask for anything better. We called on a Friday, they came the next day. The windows look great. What a difference!

The initial phone call went well. The lady on the phone was friendly and seemed willing to answer my questions. I was calling around to get ballpark estimates for what it costs to get gutters cleaned. I described to her that I had a 2 story house around 3000 square feet and that I was curious what a ballpark figure would be for a job that size. She stated that generally something like that would be $150-$200. The company was going to be in our area the next day so we could get them cleaned quickly. I took the information and made a few more phone calls to other companies to get estimates. After reviewing all of the input I received I chose them and called them back to let them know. The workers were polite but there was only one guy that spoke English very well. When they arrived I asked the guy in charge for a firm estimate now that they were here and he told me it would be about $300. I was in a bit of shock given that this was 1.5 to 2 times more expensive than what I was expecting but told them to go ahead anyway - mostly because they had started working already on the house and I felt bad and we really needed them cleaned. The quality of work was good but I don't think I will have them out again given our experience. Honestly I could have hired one of the other companies if I would have had more accurate information to go on but I suppose I have to accept some responsibility for that decision also. There were definitely other companies between their high end estimate and where we ended up.

They were a little late to the appointment but got to work right away. They started with the inside of the house so my husband could go back to work. My husband didn't have the checkbook with him and they were accommodating about leaving a bill. I mailed payment to them the next day. This is the second time I've used Hughes Window Cleaning and will do so again.

Great overall service and job. We will use them again and recommend them.

We received a flyer on our front door and I called them to give them a try. Although 30 minutes late, the crew seemed pleasant and extremely eager to please us. My wife had been bugging me about the front door transom window that has been dirty and driving her nuts. After cleaning it, I brought it to their attention that it was still dirty. The "crew chief" mentioned it was the inside and proceeded to clean the inside to make us happy without any extra charge. He enthusiastically thanked us for letting him do the inside so we would be happy with their work. This was a small thing for sure, but impressed me just the same. The price was fair I thought. We've paid less to businesses that seem to come and go. I'd rather pay a bit more and establish a trusting relationship with a long lasting business. My wife was thrilled with the results and exclaimed that we'll have them back regularly!

The two workers were on time, and cleaned the gutters in a timely fashion. We have no complaints.

I CALLED TO OBTAIN AN ESTIMATE AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE. MY CALL WAS RETURNED THE SAME DAY AND THEY PROVIDED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE RANGE OF $88 - $150. WE SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK DUE TO THE CURRENT WEATHER CONDITIONS. THEY DID THE WORK WHILE I WAS OUT AND LEFT THE INVOICE ON MY DOOR. I THINK THE GUTTER CLEANING WAS PROPERLY DONE. HOWEVER, THEY LEFT SEVERAL SMALL PILES OF SLUDGE ALL AROUND THE YARD.

I HAVE USED THE COMPANY TO CLEAN ALL OUTDOOR WINDOWS. THEY REMOVED THE SCREENS, ETC. AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I HAD THEM BACK OUT TO CLEAN THE GUTTERS AND THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB WITH THIS AS WELL. THEY SHOWED UP ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT.
