ceramic tile, flooring contractor
+ 0 moreThe tile is beautiful, and was fairly priced, HOWEVER the entire customer service experience was abysmal. Their sales people had terrible attitudes and always seemed to be too busy to be helpful. When the tile was delivered, two large (30" X 60") were shattered. When we opened the box and discovered this, we contacted the store and informed them. Their initial response was that it was not their responsibility. After being pressed, they agreed to file a claim with their sub-contracted trucking company, and said they would reimburse us only if that claim was successful. Horrible policy, and a very customer unfriendly discussion on multiple occasions. I would NEVER work with these people again, and encourage all of your users to find an alternative.
Description of Work: We purchased tile through our contractor to replace our entry floor, about 250 square feet.
